Carpentry & Woodwork reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Great quality and very easy to work with.

Great products, locally made, wont find anything better!

Excellent service! The refinished chairs look awesome.

Had a custom Ohio charcuterie board made. Great quality and fair pricing

Attention to detail. Communicative. Timely. Reasonably priced. What else does one want? Overall great experience.

Beautiful work and great guys to work with! Amazing wood product and the designs are stunning.

Dani was a shear joy to work with. The team was on time and set us up quickly. Minimum disruption, very professional.

Beautiful craftsmanship & quick installation!

Love, love, love their work! They have made a coffee table and speaker box for me and i would definitely use them for future projects! Good work!

CWC created an amazingly beautiful table for us that we could not be more happy with. Since then, we’ve asked him to create something else and am thinking about a third project!

Garbage company. Ran by garbage people. Terrible quality control. Items were bowed from company and refusal to help fix issues. Poorly ran and owned. Terrible.

They brought in 2 six foot long sections of a wide slab of wood to top a standing desk and a fixed back desk. Wood is beautiful with a live edge and the work was quick. Love my desk!

David and his crew create beautiful high quality furniture and restaurant/kitchen accessories. Sources wood locally and brings out the true beauty of the wood. I would highly recommend David and Cincinnati Wood Collaborative for any personal/business project.

Cincinnati Wood Collabrative does fantastic work, built on strong work ethic and integrity! David Bach and crew are SECOND TO NONE when it comes to creative craftsmanship and a clean finish! They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me and my family!!

Whether it is for your home or business, CWC can create beautiful custom chairs, tables, and decor items of heirloom quality that combine form, function, and durability you just do not get from big box furniture retailers.

From reclaimed structural timbers, to deadfall old growth slabs, CWC has a dedication to responsible sourcing of materials and exceptional stewardship practices to those sources.

The leadership at CWC has a passion and focus on enduring that not only is the wood they use in their creations sustainable, but that the green spaces that those trees inhabited are still there for many generations to come.

Cincinnati Wood Collaborative is not going to make you a $400 dining room table, but they are going to make you a piece of furniture that will be a legacy piece in your family, passed down to new generations, ensuring the wood that went into it, serves it’s purpose and becomes a part of your family’s story!

Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding! They took on a pretty big project in my home basement by putting in a bar with beautiful cherry slab tops, wainscoting on a couple walls, various types of shelving, custom sliding doors, a framed in nook for wine storage and other miscellaneous trim. I love the way the basement turned out.

I do want to add that this review attests to their wood work specifically. They ended up managing other areas of the project all the way from framing, drywall, electric and plumbing but at least at that time managing those types of things seemed to be more out of scope from what they were used to and didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked. All good though. I would for sure use them again for any future projects and I think you'll be very happy with their services.

This company is one of the best companies I have ever worked with from start to finish. The countertops are beautiful and the workmanship perfect. They made the process extremely easy and communicated with me during the entire build. I highly recommend Cincinnati Wood Collaborative!!

CWC is beyond a doubt one of the most talented artisans in Cincinnati. We brought to them an idea for a custom kitchen table. They created exactly what we had in mind, and it is even better than we even imagined. The entire design process was seamless and professional. The table is the focal point and highlight of our kitchen. It is so beautifully made with immaculate attention to detail. CWC was a dream to work and collaborate with.

Cincinnati Wood Collaborative constructed the bookshelves for our bookstore, Bookery Cincy, and they did an amazing job. Their craftsmanship is excellent and they were a wonderful team to work with. Installation was a bit tricky in our space because we're in an older building, and they found creative solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend!

My wife and I thought we threw David and his team a hard curve ball with some intricate door design and refurbishment. No problem, great attention to detail, the work performed in our home of the utmost care etc. things happened as and when promised. A pleasure to do business with them. Sincerely Rob &Victoria

We had an amazing experience working with Cincinnati Wood Collaborative and I just wish that we heard of them sooner. We had previously hired a different contractor to build a complete custom wood bar and shelving in our basement, only to have a horrible experience. Because of that, we needed someone we could trust to do quality craftsmanship work and CWC came recommended by a friend.

I’m so glad that we took our friends recommendation because CWC was amazing to work with. After reaching out to them, David came to our house to access our basement remodel and listened to what we were hoping to achieve. They came back with beautiful design renderings of our bar area and a very detailed estimate.

The entire team was very friendly and professional. Sara was great at communicating with me daily and keeping me informed of updates throughout the remodeling process. She even helped by collaborating with our granite countertop company to ensure everything stayed on track.

Dani was the lead person onsite for our remodeling project and her attention to detail and craftsmanship was amazing. I never worried about them being in our house when we weren’t there and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up before leaving each day.

If you are looking for someone to do any sort of custom woodwork, I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future.
