Jeff came a day late. He was supposed to see why we could not maintain enough hot water to take a shower. He did the absolute minimum to inspect the hot water heater. He said that the heating elements would have to be replaced and he would contact Choice Home Warranty to see about replacing them and call me the next day. 1week later I called him he said he had not heard back from CHW and would call them.24 hrs later no call from Jeff. We then looked at the report he submitted and it Blew me away HE TOLD CHOICE HOME. WARRANTY THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR HOT WATER HEATER .BACK STABBING A CUSTOMER.

We had a stopped bath tub drain and sink drain. I called my home Warranty and they set us up with Delta Construction and Renovation, LLC. Our tech was scheduled between 3pm and 8pm and I called at 730pm to see if he was till coming. He got stuck at the job right before ours being that it took longer than her thought. But he said we was still coming. After a full day of work, Jeff still came over to our house and unclogged our drains for us at 830pm. We are so very thankful that he still came over and helped us out. Thanks so much Jeff:) We really appreciate it!!!

Jeff was absolutely amazing. I called him and he was able to come out immediately. My outlet was not working he tried different things and he figured it out when the other I had come previously couldn’t do. He explained his steps and thought process clearly to me. Even made a run to Home Depot. He was friendly, professional , and reasonable. I would highly recommend making this your next contractor for your project.

The lady was helpful in answering my faucet questions. Unfortunately it was twice the cost of the faucets to have Home Depot install them. Seeking a handyman.

Horrible service at the paint counter!! Left and went to Lowes.

Very helpful cashier. Store could use a total overhaul.

Only one home improvement giant is a member of the exclusive club of Dividend Aristocrats, meaning it has boosted its payout for at least 25 consecutive years. But Lowe's (NYSE:LOW) -- not Home Depot -- is that retailer.Home Depot has added a grand total of one new store in the U.S. market since 2013, while Lowe's expanded its base by 300 locations. Yet thanks to faster same-store sales gains, Home Depot's revenue growth has outpaced Lowe's over the past five years. In 2011, the company tiptoed into the e-commerce segment by adding functionality for customers to buy products online and pick them up at stores. Today, nearly half of its online orders involve trips to a Home Depot location, and that sales channel is worth 6% of sales, compared to 4% for both Costco and Target. Home Depot has been pouring resources into its e-commerce infrastructure, with the latest addition being national capability for direct delivery from stores rather than fulfillment centers.Home Depot carries over $20 billion of debt on its books today -- up from just $9 billion in 2011. Despite surging profits over this period, management has opted to take advantage of low interest rates through the years, mainly to fund an aggressive stock repurchase program that's pushed its outstanding share count down by more than a third since 2007.
Home Depot is one of the most efficient businesses on the market, boasting returns on invested capital of 31% last year, up from 28% in the prior year. That's good enough to put the retailer in second place among the 30 members of the Dow ranked by ROIC. -
Called them for a tub repair and plumbing. He came out to check my situation and did repairs all in the same day!! Price was fair...what more could i ask for? Great job....

Outstanding General Contractor with an attractive new set of offices on East 8th Street in downtown Cincinnati, near Arnold's restaurant. Many of their office managers and field staff have been with them for a considerable period of time, a valuable asset in a GC handling a great many local clients.

These guys are the BEST! They are very professional, yet personable people. What started as a kitchen remodel, quickly turned into a catastrophe for me. I called the pros and the rest is history. Everything from new floors to having to beef up our ceiling joists. Hanging kitchen cabinets and rerouting some plumbing. My wife and I could not be happier. We feel like we live in a new house! Thank you so much!

The Biehl Brothers were on time, and within our budget. Our deck was deemed a hazard, and we needed someone to replace it so our rental property was up to code. They were FANTASTIC! We ended up hiring them for our own house for a complete bathroom remodel, and a new roof. Top notch service pros! One of the best contractors in Cincinnati.
