We had a house fire and Renewal by A1 Cleaners took care of all of our clothes and linens that had water, smoke and soot damage. They even stored them free of charge while we rebuilt our home. Most items were salvageable and we received them back in pristine condition! We had a wonderful customer service experience!

General by A- One were wonderful in assisting us with our electronics, curtains, bedding in the midst of a Christmas week fire. They were extremely friendly and swift with their set up and wonderful with communication in this process. 5 stars is not enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Renewal by A-1 have been a blessing. Devastating fire resulted in significant smoke damage to a lot of our fabrics and rugs. The wonderful staff came in and were caring and compassionate with regard to our situation and impeccable in their work ethic. Everything was taken care of perfectly. They returned it to its original condition. Would recommend this organization highly.

They came in, gathered all of our stuff and when it was time to bring our stuff back to the house, Scott was extremely nice, very respectful and the upmost top employee for your company. This company goes above and beyond what you would expect. They do awesome work. Quick turnaround of items and everyone I came in contact with was very professional, and courteous. My delivery drivers were Mike and Jeyvon. They were Great!!!!!

Working with the team was an absolute pleasure. Mike, Eddie, and Tina were very responsive and made sure everything was done right. They communicated with our insurance adjuster directly making the entire process very simple.

They did an awesome job with cleaning and storing my items after my house was hit by a tornado. They took great care of the items and was willing to bring me items I needed from their storage during the rebuild. Thrre were a few items i pointed out that would need to be hand washed and they did a great job on those!
The guys were nice and super helpful when they picked up the items and when they brought them back. I would definitely recommend them. All the employees seemed to really care and was supportive during this horrible event. Thank you for everything.
