Constraction reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

I recently had the pleasure of working with CCC on a indsutrial building renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. The communication throughout the project was outstanding, with regular updates and a clear understanding of our needs. They provided valuable insights and suggestions, ensuring the final outcome met our expectations.

I highly recommend CCC for any project. Their skill, dedication, and attention to detail are unmatched, and they have turned our run down building into a show stopper.

Posting on behalf of Kelsey Chevrolet: This was our 2nd major project with CCC. Their attention to detail combined with under promising and over delivering on their quality are unmatched in the industry.

Cincinnati Commercial Contracting recently completed renovations to an existing 11,902 square foot warehouse and office space. In addition, a new Butler MR-24 metal over metal re-roof system was installed with 2’ insulation.

We selected Cincinnati Commercial Contracting for this project because of their commitment to schedule and promise to obtain Certification of Occupancy prior to the end of the year. I cannot say enough about my experience in working with CCC. Everyone at Cincinnati Commercial Contracting was incredible to work with. CCC stayed focused on our business and schedule throughout the entire construction process. Our job superintendent, Ben, was one of the most professional we have ever worked with. Justin was also amazing and stayed on top of every detail!

The project was complete prior to the end of the year as promised with little to no change orders throughout. I am impressed with the quality of workmanship inside of our space; no detail was missed.
In summary, I would highly recommend CCC for any and all of your commercial construction needs. We enjoyed our experience working with them on this project.

We partnered with Cincinnati Commercial Contracting for our new Cincinnati building. The team went above and beyond throughout the entire project and we're very pleased with the end result. We definitely recommend CCC for any commercial contracting projects.

CCC completed our new building expansion project a full (6) weeks ahead of the anticipated delivery schedule. We were unexpectedly surprised and extremely happy about this as it saved time and money. The level of communication that we received throughout the project was second to none and everything that was done was completed to our level of satisfaction. We would definitely recommend CCC for your future projects.

As the Executive Director of Cancer Family Care, a small non-profit agency, I couldn't be more happy with our relationship with CCC. We moved from an old home in Mount Auburn to a CCC property on Red Bank and we haven't had any regrets. The staff are excellent to work with and when there have been issues (as there are with ANY building), they are quick to respond and take care of them.

Start to finish, the team at CCC was tremendous to work with. From the top down, John and his team truly take full investment into making your vison a reality. Everything was done very timely and professionally. From the initial stages of putting discussion ideas on paper and into 3D renderings to actually building and finishing the completed project the team was informative and always available. In a time when supply chain and other issues were causing difficulties across many industries, they were able to successfully navigate any surprises that might occur, figure out solutions and keep our project progressing on time. We are extremely impressed with CCC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a partner on their next development project. Thank you CCC.

Our company, Jamison Construction Solutions, recently completed the asphalt paving for the Atrium project at Jake Sweeny in Tri County with CCC. Robert, job super, was spot on with scheduling and and very easy to work with. Justin, project manager, was very professional, always thought about the customers needs first and we worked together quickly and efficiently to overcome obstacles that came up on the project. I have worked with several GC's in my 25 plus years in this business and would highly recommend CCC for any project that an owner may want to construct from ground up or rehab/expansion of an existing facility.

CCC has been an absolute joy to work with. I know we are by no means their biggest client but they made us feel like even our small business was a top priority. Everyone on the team was very responsive and helpful throughout. Even with several changes made throughout the process we stayed on schedule the whole time. Thanks so much for making our dream a reality CCC!

I can't say enough good about CCC... From the very beginning all the way through the day they handed us the keys to our new building everything was seamless. They set a time line for every step of the project and not only stuck to it, they finished ahead of schedule!! I am blown away every time I walk through our new school building. The attention to detail is incredible and the continued support after construction has been the same. I would recommend CCC to anyone looking to build. They are hands down the best construction company I have ever delt with!!

CCC is a great company to work with! The people are amazing as well as the quality of work. We have worked with them on about 5 large scale projects to help upgrade our facilities and we always have great experiences. They continue to work through challenges and communicate solutions from their years of experience to help reduce cost and maintain the timeline. Highly recommend working with CCC.

CCC completed a building expansion project for Second Covenant Apostolic Church in Vandalia, Ohio recently. The 12,000 SF building project was completed to provide new space for our gymnasium and fellowship hall.
Throughout the duration of the project, Cincinnati Commercial Contracting demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Their team maintained clear communication with our church committee, provided accurate timelines and budget updates, and consistently met deadlines. We were impressed by their ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality workmanship.
The expansion has greatly enhanced our ability to serve our congregation and community. The finished work is both beautiful and functional, reflecting the care and craftsmanship that CCC brings to every aspect of their projects.
We highly recommend Cincinnati Commercial Contracting for any type of commercial construction or renovation project. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction makes them an outstanding choice for any organization seeking a reliable and skilled contractor.

We were so happy with our experience from beginning to end.
Missy showed me so many flooring
options in
store,
and then came to my home with samples to see in my home. We were kept informed of the order and insulation. Everything was timely, insulation was fast and clean. We were very happy.

My mom replaced her carpet a few weeks ago. Buddy’s sales rep was very helpful and accommodating. You all went out of your way and my mom (Cheryl Clark) and I are grateful!

My wife and I recently purchased carpet from Dave Mullins and he was awesome to work with. He asked plenty of questions to find out what we needed, and got us exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Dave and Buddy's Carpet to any friends, family, or anyone that has flooring needs!

Jeremy was great! Quick turnaround time and smooth install.

I purchased carpet on 5/14 and Jeremy Coons ( with the nice shoes lol) was extremely nice and helpful. I went to two different Lowe's locations and Home Depot and did not receive hardly any assistance. I was looking for matching carpet and he really took the time to help me find a match and even helped me stay within my budget. I will not go anywhere else for my carpet needs, even if that means paying a little extra because it's hard to find customer service like that these days. Thanks Jeremy!

It was our first time replacing carpet and Jeremy was great with each step of the process and also with helping us make the best choice for our home. We are very happy with not only the outcome but also the great service we received.

Jeremy was wonderful to work with. He was patient, kind, professional, and most importantly he genuinely cared about our satisfaction with the product and ensuring that we got the best quality that fit within our budget. We will be returning to work with Jeremy again!

I can’t express my gratitude enough for the level of service that Dave provided in my immediate need to replace my living room carpet due to pet damage. He was so attentive, and was able to get this done quickly. Kudo’s to Dave for the excellent customer service, and being so personable, and to the installer that did a fantastic job.

Jeremy at Buddy’s is the best - kind, patient, professional & very knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer & will use this store again in the future. My new kitchen flooring went in today, as promised. The installer even reconnected all my appliances & put my kitchen back together before he left!
