I could write a book with all STOP did for us during our time of need. Grant was in charge and was hands on with our mold remediation process. Grant and his team were very positive and supportive with our emotions and stress. He made our home a priority and even came back to check out some additional areas.
I love the fact that STOP encourages you to have a 3rd party company come to confirm the problem prior to treatment and also check after completion.
We even needed a plumbing issue resolved. They called Benjamin Franklin and took care of it all for us. I told you, we have so many great things to say!
Since having the mold remediated, my health improved immediately. I am so thankful for the Cincinnati Stop team. If you think you have mold in your home, CALL STOP NOW! Your health depends on it!

Our home had a fire. I had no idea what the next steps were to do and how to go about getting help and guidance with the cleanup process. Day one -I barely spoke with my insurance company, so I still didn’t know what to do. Finally, I called Dry Medic and they literally helped me navigate every single next step that I could possibly imagine – which is exactly what I needed at the time. Not only did they call me back after five minutes of leaving a message.(two other companies didn’t call back for 2 days) Grant and his team (Tyler too)eased my anxieties by meeting me at the house right away, assessing the situation, and executing an action plan. With all of their amazing resources- they were able to coordinate all of the different specialists to come and go and fix the things that I needed without me having to individually call everyone or take off of work, etc. The mitigation was done within a week. They might as well have been wearing a cape – because they saved me that day. If you need a company that you can trust who is very knowledgeable and fast acting, who can work with insurance companies- then this is the company for you! I highly recommend them!

They brought in 2 six foot long sections of a wide slab of wood to top a standing desk and a fixed back desk. Wood is beautiful with a live edge and the work was quick. Love my desk!

Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding! They took on a pretty big project in my home basement by putting in a bar with beautiful cherry slab tops, wainscoting on a couple walls, various types of shelving, custom sliding doors, a framed in nook for wine storage and other miscellaneous trim. I love the way the basement turned out.

I do want to add that this review attests to their wood work specifically. They ended up managing other areas of the project all the way from framing, drywall, electric and plumbing but at least at that time managing those types of things seemed to be more out of scope from what they were used to and didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked. All good though. I would for sure use them again for any future projects and I think you'll be very happy with their services.
