Contractor reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Good quality guys, easy to talk to and work with. They do a variety of removal jobs including tree removal.

We own alot of properties and have hired Dan Potter home improvement llc to work on several of them in Cincinnati, and we are so impressed by how the properties looked, how many things they know how to do. They did complete remodeling of our entire properties. From top to bottom. New floors, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, tile, foundation repair, roofing, painting, concrete work, lots of plumbing, building us garage also and lots more. They did businesses for us too. We only use them to work on our homes and businesses. Thank you Dan and guys. Everything done by the book, contract was written and everything was in writing, Dan was always available and explained everything to us. Our associates use them also. Highly recommend them. Their work is great and they are affordable.

On time, super polite, easy to work with and does excellent work!

If Dan or Jeff tell you something about the work you want completed, believe them. They are telling you from experience

Update our full complaint is now published on the bbb Cincinnati. Run don’t walk away from this company . He’s the biggest crook I’ve seen . Has no clue how to run a business. Only discovered this after finding out the work he did was horrible and he will not back up his name at all .This company replaced a roof over our patio. The work was done wrong. Had to pay a new company to replace his work after he failed to take any responsibility at all. Complaints filed with bbb and attorney generals office . Photos of receipt and comments from new company that replaced his work .

Dan and company built us a fence it was wonder looking and affordable. They were professional explained where every dime of the money went. They left the yard nicer then when they came. We will use Dan and company for everything we can. Want to thank them .

I desperately needed a pair of patio doors replaced and finding reliable help became a job in itself. Mr. Potter totally stepped up to the rescue. He came and assessed the job, made sure everything was there to do it and called and came when he said he would and that speaks volumes and was impressive but most of all was through. Sure it’s the busy season for home improvements but he never made one feel like what I need was an impossible back burner task. Our family plans to use him and his great crew Mr. Tim and Mr.Jeff in the future. This was just an awesome self Mother’s Day present. Thank you Mr. Potter!

Dan and his guy came out when said, they came in fixed the water leak, was very fair in price. Had a great experience with the guys. We will definitely be using Dan Potter and his crew for future projects!

We had two repairs done, one roll roof and some of our downstairs plumbing. They came and got it done very fast and saved our sunroom from further damage. They also found mold that we had no idea about which we were super thankful for. Super quick, affordable, and clean! I definitely suggest if you’re looking for someone who has experience and lots of knowledge.

We hired Dan Potter home improvement llc for a basement remodel. We absolutely love our new basement. We can entertain our family and friends as we have been wanting to. Something that's hard to find today.

Needed a retaining wall to help divert water. I called Dan Potter home improvement and spoke to Dan he came out looked at what I wanted to do. Told me a better way to do it explained it to me step by step. He had a contract read it to me, explained it to me and let me know he could get the materials, I could of, or he'd meet me at the store and we could pick them up together and I could of paid for it and he would of took the materials to my house in his truck. He gave me the option to buy them myself, or I could of let him get them, or he was willing to shop for them and have them call me and I could pay. No money upfront if I didn't want to. We let him get them, and he got everything and showed us where our money went. He was professional and the work was amazing. I can't wait for the next project. We highly recommend them.

Dan came and turned our basement into what we always wanted. He came out looked at it and gave a estimate his price was affordable and it didn’t take him long to get to us even tho he was extremely busy. He started and finished quickly. The crew was kind and they cleaned up and made it look cleaner then it was before. We are having Dan come back and do a bathroom remodel also. He explains everything thoroughly. He uses contracts you give him a deposit and didn’t ask for anything else till they were done. Complete professional. Thanks Dan and crew.
