I've used Craftsman for the last ten plus years covering multiple houses and they never let me down. Great customer service, excellent tech work, and super friendly employees all around.

Craftsman Electric sent Austin and Patrick to our house. They did a wonderful job replacing and installing a new chandelier and light switch. Very polite and friendly. Were informative and answered our questions.

Great experience as they installed an outlet for my electric vehicle outside. I was at work and they were able to communicate well with my spouse when arriving and when the work was done. Jeremy L did an awesome job and would highly recommend their services.

Kris installed a 20 amp dedicated circuit for a red light panel. Works great. Craftsman was available on short notice when other companies had a 10 day wait, and the final bill was half the price they quoted me over the phone.

We had Chris Heiss for a half day to install fire alarms and new lights. It was absolutely amazing what he got done in 4 hours.
It was a joy to watch this guy in action. He is my new go to for all things electric. At half the price, I would not call anyone but Craftsman.

Because of a recent power outage, an electrical outlet stopped working. Also we needed a new outlet installed to run a tankless water heater. Two well-trained electricians (Jacob and Edgar) showed up early (they were running ahead of schedule and called to see if early was good) and diagnosed which outlet on the circuit went bad and and replaced the bad outlet and one other outlet . They then surveyed the room with the tankless hot water heater and decided that an existing line could be used for the new outlet. They installed a new GFI outlet on a nearby wall for the water heater. They made sure it all worked. They both did excellent work! I would definitely use this firm again for electrical work. Half of the electrical power in our house (including furnace) went out unexpectedly. It was Sunday evening with overnight temperatures in the teens. We called Craftsman and Chris was at our house within 40 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a corroded service point that had shorted. Chris climbed a ladder in the cold and dark and repaired the service to our house. We were impressed and very grateful that we called Craftsman Electric.

Craftsman electric did a great job on a tuff job. I had all the tube and knob replaced as well as a service change. Great group of knowledgeable electricians showed up and completed job in a timely manner, professional manner. Highly recommend this company for your electrical needs!

I had and emergency and they were very helpful over the phone and then made the necessary repair. I had gotten a quote from another company at it was 4x more expensive from the other guys. Their team was professional, efficient, and good guys. I would 100% recommend and use again.

Second time using Craftsman Electric and both were excellent. The technicians kept in touch with me about their arrival time and performed the work as requested. Both visits were to install cameras, in addition to outdoor lighting during the 2nd visit. The workers were neat (cleaned up after themselves) and made sure I was happy with the results before they left. Their professionalism is the reason I will call them back for any electrical work I need in the future. Well done!

I've used Craftsman Electric for 2 separate projects in my northern Kentucky home. A couple of years ago, they put in a 50 amp service for a generator, and today they came and figured out an electrical problem I was having with smoke detectors. Both times, they were prompt, friendly, and most importantly, they got the job done very well. I'm happy with the work from start to finish, and I will use them again when the need arises. Besides, they have the snappiest jingle ever written. It makes me wish I could whistle.

We needed some electrical work done and rerouted for our church before we could have our hvac and a/c system replaced, Craftsman Electric was very efficient and met our needs within the timeframe we needed to facilitate the start of our hvac work. This company is very professional and knowledgeable and comes highly recommended and we know that their work is indeed quality work. West Side Baptist Church is grateful for their professionalism and availability to assist when we had a need. If we ever have any other electrical needs, we know who to reach out to again!
