I chose Cullen because of it's excellent reviews and I have now used them 8 times to move outlets, add outlets, install outdoor lighting, etc. They are the best! The communication is great as to when they will arrive and the work is always done efficiently. And they have the NICEST employees! I have had work done by several different people and they have all been extremely nice and easy to work with. Great service, great value and and super nice people...I would give them more stars if I could!!

Cullen Electric rewired my daughter’s 100 year old house. They did a fantastic job. The house had been partially rewired but much of the house had tube and knob wiring that had to be replaced. The Cullen electricians Mac and Josh brought the house up to code. They were very professional and completely finished the job on schedule and budget.

Working with Cullen Electric was a great experience from start to finish. The estimate was easy, thorough, and delivered quickly. They were very patient with questions and helped us fine-tune the scope. Lili and her team installed new LED lighting in multiple rooms, new outlets, a new circuit, and moved a wall switch. The crew was amazing -- they obviously care about their work and take pride in minimizing additional holes in the drywall. (Or, in our case, avoiding them altogether!) The crew was on time, easy to work with, protected the work area, and cleaned up well. I'm a pretty picky person and couldn't be happier!

I have been a long time customer of Cullen electric and they have always done excellent work for me. And my family. They give accurate estimates and work for a fair price. I have very poor vision so I depend heavily upon people that perform good and honest service work. Cullen electric can certainly be counted in that group. I am happy to rate them with five stars.

During the inspection phase of purchasing an Anderson Township home that was built in 1955, I asked Cullen Electric to provide an estimate of the work needed to bring the home up to code. Impressed with their thoroughness, their Google reviews, & BBB rating, I hired them to complete the work after I purchased the home. Justin & Josh arrived on time each day & were faced with some hidden surprises as they worked to replace the electric panel & all of the outlets in the home. They solved various mysteries in the funky patchwork wiring that had been done over the decades & made the necessary corrections to make the home safe. They were friendly, professional, & detailed & patient in answering questions I asked them. They even gave this out-of-towner advice on local restaurants. I will definitely contact Cullen Electric for any future electrical needs.

Had Cullen Electric at my home to do a new Electric service, recessed lighting and switches, gfci outlet and bathroom exhaust fans. They were great to work with. The crew was courteous and very transparent about what they were doing. The installation was done to a very high standard. They done an excellent job of cleaning up both days. All of my questions were answered during the job and at the completion of the job. They showed respect for my house and my family during the job as well. I would highly recommend Cullen Electric for any work for your home or business.

Cullen Electric is a really great company. I had utilized their services to have corrections made previous to the sale of my house. They were able to fit it in the work inside of my schedule which made the process extremely convenient. They are very reasonable and amazingly professional. The technician that came to the house was courteous and knowledgeable about the electrical problems and they fixed it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Cullen Electric for all your electrical needs.

Cullen did an excellent job installing a new electric box for me. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also very transparent about cost. Will use them again and have recommended them to others.

Cullen removed the knob-and-tube wiring in our 100 year old house and gave us new wiring and a new panel. They are THE BEST. We got a few quotes before starting; Lili and her team are clearly the experts in the Cincinnati area for this kind of work. Cullen understood problems unique to old homes and provided creative solutions, they added new outlets and fixtures where requested, and they were communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. They recommended Shannon Hinton to help repair and paint our plaster and he has been equally fantastic.

This was my second experience using Cullen Electric for some upgrades in my residential home. First was to install a new circuit for a hot tub and this time was for an upgrade for a EV charger in the garage. Both of my experiences were top notch. The team is knowledgable, professional, helpful and dare I say even charismatic! They reviewed all my options and talked me through everything they did. I have been 100% satisfied with the work they perform and I would trust this company with any and all of my future electrical needs. I'm thrilled that I now have a trusted contact for the future. Had an external outlet installed for a pool heater. Their response was extremely quick (next day estimate and installation within three days) and the technicians were extremely professional, qualified, and polite. I was very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

Had my home wiring upgraded from Knob & Tube. Lili and her team did an excellent job! Lili is a great communicator, listened to my needs, and made sure I had power to the rooms I needed at the end of each day. Also appreciated that she made recommendations and gave me options for me to choose how I wanted to live in my house. She is amazing! Cullen would benefit from having more junior electricians listen to how she communicates with clients. Learning soft skills is as important as knowing how to perform technical tasks. Lili is an expert on both!

I have nothing but good things to say about Cullen Electric.
We hired them to replace all of the remaining knob and tube wiring (about 2/3s of the house) in our beloved 94 year old home.
My contacts with everyone from Cullen were very good but our head electrician, Lili, was amazing!
She did an excellent job of understanding what I wanted and exceeding my expectations. She exhibited great skill and creativity in rewiring the house with a minimal number of holes in the walls. Her communication was excellent whenever she encountered a problem and she always came up with creative solutions. She finished the job on time and took great pains to treat our house as if it were her own.

We used Cullen for our knob and tube rewire. Lili and her team went above and beyond to make it a great experience! The communication was excellent and we could tell they truly cared about our house by limiting the holes in our walls, even when it meant a little more work on their part. We will definitely be using Cullen for all our electrical needs in the future!

We have used Cullen to help install many lighting fixtures around our home. One was a pretty difficult placement with a very heavy fixture. They did an amazing job with all of our electrical needs. And always with a smile. I love all that they do for the Milford community supporting many events. If you are looking for an ethical company who does a great job look no farther than Cullen! We will keep on using them for any electrical needs we have!

We had Cullen Electric install a couple of outdoor outlets—one for a fountain off our patio and another in front for lighting (yes to more Christmas lights!). They were professional, friendly, and did a great job. I also really appreciate that Cullen Electric is so community-oriented. Andy Cullen has done so much for our school district and local events like the Art Affaire—it feels good to support a business that gives back. Definitely recommend!

I hired Cullen electric for an electrical project in Norwood Ohio and choosing them was absolutely the right decision. I bid the job to many electricians and everyone made the job seem overwhelming. This was a huge electrical remodel and their team was comfortable from the start. Andy, Will and Josh were prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire time.
What really stood out was their depth of knowledge. They took the time to walk me through my options, answered every question with patience and clarity, and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my specific needs. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported by a team that clearly knows what they’re doing.

The work itself was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. The technicians were courteous, tidy, and respectful of my space, which I really appreciated.

It was such an amazing experience to work with Cullen Electric. They did an entire house re-wire. From old Knob and Tube to all new electric, new fixtures and panel. They had to do very little cutting into the walls and they cleaned up everything when they were finished. Updated us every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and everyone just super nice. Thank you for the amazing job.

Everyone at Cullen is amazing to work with — always professional, honest, and efficient with their work. Can trust the experience and expertise of all of their team members. Have been using them for over 10 years….everything from minor jobs of changing out light fixtures, to major jobs of upgraded electric box and adding of electric/wiring around pool area (which you need to ensure have experienced electricians for pool work). Highly recommend Cullen Electric!

Knob and tube rewire. Half the house was k&t, half newer. Job done well, but make sure they have won't drill through the ceiling into the second floor because they decided to drill blindly rather than remove more drywall. Another company repaired it, but only with some wax. Oh well. I expected holes in the walls and ceilings but drilling through hardwood is a bit egregious. So make sure they know they know you'd rather more drywall be removed rather than blindly drilling into the ceiling. They are very responsive to questions as well which is very appreciated. They were one of few electricians who had other reviews of knob and tube work. For everything they did the removal of drywall wasn't too much at all.
