Had an Electric Problem the place I called was Cooper Electric. John Tootle was the technician and he was friendly and answered all our questions. I feel 100% safer in my home. And our next project I’m calling Cooper Electric.

Gil (Gilbert) did a wonderful job! Very professional and efficient! His coworker/assistant (Garrett) was also great! They installed my car charging station, and even took some extra time to diagnose (and fix) a problem with a switch inside my house. Outstanding! We had storm damage that ripped the outside power lines off the building. Friends recommended Cooper. Called Cooper and we sent them pictures of the damage so that they knew which team members to send that were qualified for our needs. They came out the same day and repaired our damage on the spot. Quick, competent, efficient and fairly priced. We will never call anyone else if we need their services in the future. Thank you Cooper Electric for being so awesome. Really great experience having Teddy and Hunter - they completed the whole house inspection (and 3 side jobs) in just a few days. Our power lines were knocked down in a storm just a couple days before we were scheduled to close on selling the house; Gil, Daniel and Hunter installed new lines and brought our panel up to code quickly and neatly. Gil worked with Duke and county inspectors to hook up temporary power so we could close on the sale. Great job, good price and thanks for working proactively to get the work done! I would recommend you without hesitation to friends and family.

Very unfortunate to see how Cooper electric employees behave. Watched an employee leave his canes trash in our flower pot proceed to spend 15 minutes in a vape store and then when we told him he left his trash in the flower pot, he took it and then threw it in the parking lot. Very disappointing.

Excellent service and affordable pricing. My technician Michael was very professional, prompt and helpful with clean up upon completion of the job.

John T. did a great job replacing my burnt out dryer cord and receptacle. He thoroughly explained everything and addressed all of my questions. It’s very scary when there’s a wiring issue.

After purchasing our new home, we had a few electrical needs from our inspection that we wanted to take care of. From the beginning contact call with Brian to John T and Payton knocking out the work, the whole team was transparent, concise, timely, and knowledgeable. They were not pushy and left recommendations to think about for the future if we wanted. Overall, I had a great experience and will be using Cooper Electric for all of our future electrical needs!

Micheal did a great job taking down our old chandelier and installing our new one!. Huge weight difference and probably saved me 4 hours… plus at least two trips to a hardware store!!!

Cooper Electric was so nice and easy to work with!! They were quick to respond, timely and so friendly! They hung a ceiling fan in our nursery and chandelier in kitchen. We are very pleased with Gil and Kyle’s professionalism and work. I absolutely recommend them. Will definitely be using them in the future for large or small projects!
