Daniel and Zach did an excellent job installing electric for a new stove. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work plus they were very nice young men.

I much appreciated the two electricians I met with Cooper Electric, knowledgeable and personable. Teddy did electrical work in my old house bathroom, nicely done and more detailed than I expected.

We have followed behind Cooper Electric on many residential electric rewire jobs (knob and tube removal/ rewire, lightening strikes, etc.) and as a drywall contractor we are always happy to hear that Cooper was the electrical company who did the work. They cut as few holes as possible to do their job which in turn makes our job that much easier. We recommend Cooper Electric because we like working behind a quality electrical company.

Gil, Daniel and team were Professional and completed the job quickly and more importantly right. Note the picture of the pipe, they even sanded the contact to the pipe and ground wire to make a great connection.
Another impressive aspect is that they listen and relocated the ground so my sidewalk would not have to be cut. Thanks for a Wonderful job.

Cooper Electric was a pleasure to work with through out the process from getting a quote to completing the work. Everyone I spoke with at Cooper Electric was courteous and responsive. John T., the electrician who installed our charger, was very professional and did a great job with the installation and post-installation cleanup, despite the difficulties associated with installing the charger in a 170 year-old house.

Daniel called and set expectations on his arrival time, and arrived at that time. He was courteous, professional, answering my questions, explaining what he was doing,and why. He is the perfect example of what any company should expect of their representatives.

We had them out yesterday to install our EV charger. The young man (Nate) was professional, courteous, and patient. He listened to our concerns and made adjustments before beginning to make sure we would be satisfied. After the install, he walked us through the process to use the connected apps and made sure we knew how to use the charger. Very pleased!

This is THE review of a lifetime!

Our house was struck by lightning. Total damage (no fire/thank God) $255,000. Yes, covered by insurance. Every part of our home that involves electricity was fried…literally fried! The mental/emotional damage was high. We were VERY stressed out and living in a home with very bizarre issues that grew everyday as we discovered more problems. The problems were so extensive we didn’t know how to identify what was wrong. Some things didn’t work, some worked then stopped, some partly worked and worst some didn’t work then magically started working hours later. It took a month and three other electrical companies before we realize we needed something called MEGGER TESTING and NO ONE in town seemed to be qualified to even do this testing let alone fix the likely catastrophic results we knew were coming. That is UNITIL we met Mike and Teddy. You know when you don’t know how to do a job, but you can tell when someone does? Mike and Teddy KNEW. They got it. Mike was calm/kind/clear and scheduled megger testing, which took Teddy about four days to complete. This yielded a 90+ page, seven color coated tab, bindered report on our house and cost somewhere around $4,300. Mike did not drop this off or mail it. He called me. He let me cry. He told me I wasn’t alone and that Cooper Electric has a history of this exact problem and that they would be there to help us. He explained the job would take 2-4 guys around 4 weeks of daily work to get things fixed correctly. He expand this was a BIG JOB and there were many moving parts. That his family delt with a similar situation years ago and he knows it’s really hard. The electrical bill with Cooper was was over $80,000 of the $250,000 total issue. It had a work ticket with SIXTY-THREE items and 100+ pages of images and orders. The supplies for this RESIDENTIAL job were multiple truck loads and required a workshop set up in our basement. Mike came to our house and sat at the kitchen table before work started. There was a clear plan, clear hours (they start one hour late on Mondays because of a mandatory Company safety meeting:-), clear plan for the order they would move through the house, what we needed to order (fans, sconces, etc…), clear communication and a clear plan to keep the house safe as we have two small children living in this chaos. Mike also prepared us for the holes and the damage that would occur in the drywall because of what they had to do. This was really hard to hear, but it was clear and it was necessary. They didn’t pretend they told the truth. TEDDY lead the team of HUNTER, DANIEL and JAKE. They came together or in various combinations every day for about a month. My kids got to know them by name. Mike checked in with us weekly to make sure we were okay and that everything was going correctly. Teddy talked with us DAILY so coming home wasn’t as hard. They pulled permits with the county, talked with insurance and made it smooth. Do you know how good they are??? Of a 79,000ish (before tax claim) our insurance company only balked at $25.00!!! I mean…for real?? THAT’S HOW GOOD COOPER ELECTRIC IS!!!! We all laughed it was so silly!! I can vouch for:

Five stars!, Michael came out to assess the installation of two new outlets, found a path through the attic in the garage then to the first floor, dining area, efficiently installed the new outlets, added the circuit to the breaker box all in one afternoon. Excellent workmanship, friendly, conscientious, fair price. Before Michael came out to do the work, my call to Cooper Electric was professional and information needed to do the job was gathered before the electrician ever came to my home address. After the work was done it was totally easy to pay electronically, I used Apple Pay after receiving a detailed receipt and documentation of the work done. A+ plus plus.

Tony was awesome! I had an old light fixture i wanted installed over the sink, it didn't have instructions, the metal box was sticking out too far, I was afraid there was no way, but Tony got it working. Put a light in the laundry room, put GFCIs in both bathrooms, he worked his butt off, went right to it, really knew what he was doing, I am very pleased.

I could not have been happier with Nathan. He trouble-shooted and fixed our electrical issue, and he provided me with a low-cost suggestion to improve lighting in my bathroom. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Compared to another company, I felt the rates charged were more than fair. Thanks, Cooper Electric!

Highly recommend Daniel Api at Cooper Electric. He extended a 20 amp dedicated circuit, and discovered work done by a different electrical company was wrong, so he fixed that too. Hired them to come back and do additional work.

Daniel was excellent! He was thorough and professional. I am super happy with the newly installed exhaust fan in my bathroom. This was exactly what was needed and I could not be happier.
