After deciding to proceed, Heath Turner guided me through the financing options, making the process straightforward. Missy Knight then efficiently scheduled the installation, accommodating my preferences.
Initial Installation:
Brian and Ben arrived promptly and began the installation process. Despite their diligence, we encountered an issue during startup – the engine wouldn't start. Brian quickly identified it as a defective engine requiring replacement. Before the day was over, Paul had emailed me with his apologies and a solution to replace the entire unit, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Replacement and Final Installation:
Two weeks later, Christian and his colleague arrived with the replacement unit. They spent several hours meticulously resetting the concrete pad, which had settled slightly due to muddy conditions from the first installation. Christian's dedication was evident – he wasn't leaving until everything was perfect, exactly as Paul had described.
Christian then walked me through the setup, ensuring I understood the system's operation. The generator is now fully functional and ready to go.

Unbelievable!!! A contractor who shows up on time (from the sales appointment to the date of installation to the follow-up appointment), communicates effectively with me (the customer), and places an unexpected follow-up call at the top of their list, is so hard to find these days. But Riverside Electric is one of these unique contractors. Paul was on time for the sales call, knew his product, and promised great service from the Riverside team (he was not wrong). Brian, Lane, and Ben installed my standby generator and Christian performed the follow-up call. These men knew their stuff. They were personable while staying focused on their tasks. They were patient while I asked questions. They were professional, timely, and effective communicators (calling me with an ETA and keeping me up-to-date on their progess/any concerns, etc.). Missy, in the office, promptly returned my call from the message I left on the company voicemail, just to tell me that she received my message and will get back to me once she had more information. Riverside is so easy to do business with. And I almost forgot...every one of the employees took their boots off on the porch before entering my home. I didn't even have to ask. I highly recommend Riverside Electric (and I'm not even related to anyone who works there).
