We’ve taken advantage of Riverside Electric’s audit program at one of my HOA properties and couldn’t be happier. It’s a huge relief knowing they handle monthly audits and promptly replace any lights that are out. Their team is professional, reliable, and great to work with.

Called for an automatic transfer switch not transferring the generator power. Technician Joe called and arrived early. He quickly figured out we had a broken wire from the generator to the ATS. He ran new wires, works perfect now. Highly recommend this company if you own a standby generator for all maintenance needs or if you're thinking about getting a generator installed.

Marlin spent over an hour in a small dusty crawl space on October 16th repairing a couple soffit lights that had difficult electrical problems while Roy coached him. Roy(ACE) is an expert technician who has knowledge far above the standard. Thanks again!

The riverside team was punctual, efficient and professional. It was a bitterly cold January day but they never complained or cut corners. They made changes we needed and did a very clean installation.

Riverside Electric is outstanding. Every single employee is extremely professional, friendly and exceptional customer service. The owners have raised such, respectful, polite, dedicated children - Missy Knight. During the recent storms our whole neighborhood lost power. Our Generac kicked right on! The following day it was still running then shut off at 10am but still did not have electric. I called the emergency number and Missy, assisted me on the phone to get to the alarm so she knew what to share with Service Tech Joe Hayden (pictured) and he was to my home in 30 minutes. Joe is super nice and has the "Bo and Luke Duke" country gentleman demeanor. Is extremely fast and was in and out. I was back up and running within 20 minutes, and he even had to replace the oil sensor! Did a follow-up today and spoke with Ryan, also provided excellent customer service. We have used Riverside Electric since we bought our new home in 2023, for preventative maintenance on our Generac 20kW w/stimulation generator. Our 1st home with a generator. Highly recommend purchasing a Generac one for your home, Riverside Electric will have you covered and you will never be "left in the dark" for they keep you "Ready to Run".

From the first appointment to review our proper sizing and discussing our needs everything was an awesome experience from sales, communication from the office team and including the installation process was a smooth experience. From the estimate to installation of our Generac generator, Riverside was great! Richard went over the best setup for our needs and explained everything very well! The price was very reasonable and love the ease of seeing everything on a phone app. Christian and crew did a fantastic job clearing some tall grasses, placing the generator and finishing installation. They were meticulous and communicated with me throughout the day with everything that was happening. I highly recommend Riverside for a whole home generator. They know their stuff and it's understandable as they are a Generac Power Pro Premier dealer. Love the peace of mind we have now with the generator!

I signed with Riverside electric after meeting with several companies that offered different types of Home standby generators. After comparing prices, features, and most of all the companies, I signed with Riverside electric, Why? I believe they were the best company that offered the best service after the sale, and that was my main concern. I believe all the Home Standby generators have there pro’s and con’s which brought the decision to service after the sale. With Riverside Electric being a PowerPro Premier dealer and having the parts on their trucks or at the facility was the point that sealed the deal for me. After signing they told me it was going to be about 9 weeks to install, but I received a call a weeks later that they had a cancellation and jumped on the opportunity. The morning of the install Jake & Lane the master electricians talked to me about everything they were going to perform and how the install was going to happen. They informed me that they would let me know when the electric would be off and for how long, it took about 2 hours of down time and we were up and running in no time. Casey & Brandon the master plumbers showed me were the gas line was going to be installed and if I had any concerns. As you can see from the pictures everyone did a very clean and outstanding job. Working with may sales person Paul Stautberg, we discussed the options that were available and the items that were included with the install. Per Paul’s recommendation for our home’s needs we went with the Generac 24kw unit, I did opt for the 10 year warranty, the cold weather kit and the Fascia kit. I highly recommend the Riverside Managed Plan in which they can monitor the generator for me and take care of any issues from the office or send a technician if needed. I also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan which is very reasonable and worth keeping your generator in optimal running condition. The mobile link app is very easy to understand and keeps you informed of the generators condition and even notifies you when the unit is exercising and the condition of the battery. But like I said Riverside will monitor all of this for you so you never have to worry about your generator while you are away for a very low fee per year. Thank you to everyone at Riverside electric for a very easy transaction and install, I look forward to many years of reliable service from our new Home Standby Generator.

After some thought, I decided to purchase a whole house generator. I really had no background in how they work or whom I should contact. I sent out a request to my Glendale Village FB group and immediately four of my neighbors recommended Riverside Electric and the Generac brand. I contacted Riverside via their website and was contacted by Richard, who scheduled time to come out and educated me on generators as see if I wanted a quote. Richard came out and was super! I had a ton of questions about how a generator would work in my 120+ year old home and how a potential install would need to be situated. Richard took the time to educate me, NOT SELL ME. In fact, there was no selling in our conversation. He answered all of my questions in an honest and straightforward manner. I asked for a quote and accepted their proposal. Richard came out again about two weeks before the install to mark off where the generator would be placed as well as answer yet more of my questions. Oh, and that visit was on a Saturday morning. On install day, the crew contacted me and showed up exactly at 8am, just as promised. The crew included Charlie, Nathan, Mike, and later Paul. In addition, two master plumbers arrived shortly after to prepare the NG pipe to the generator. There were no issues during the install, and I was very impressed with both the crew's expertise and their attention to detail. From the sales call to the setup, the install, training, and clean-up Riverside did a great job. Hopefully I won't need the generator, but the peace of mind that it's ready is like a weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend Riverside.

I purchased a Generac whole-house back-up generator for my home. The team did a flawless installation, including the generator, electrical panel crossover to a new sub-panel, gas line linkage, and WIFI connection with the generator. They were skilled, professional and quick.
