Riverside Electric installed a Generac Generator on 1/31/25 at our home. The crew was knowledgeable, explained the entire process, made us feel like family, and did and excellent job. I cannot say enough good things about the service and communication. From the onset with sales, Richard, through the receptionist Terri, scheduler Missy, accounting Heath, and the install crew Jordan, Charlie, Brandon, and Tim, the entire process was easy and enjoyable. We have had some bad experiences in the past, but working with Riverside was a great experience and they did an excellent job. If you ever need an electrical contractor, call them. You will not regret it

We have been very happy with our Generac that was installed by Riverside Electric. We've had it for about 4 years and had 3 or 4 power outages that powered it up immediately. I've also been VERY pleased with the service plan. They provide annualized service and the technicians have all been very knowledgable, professional and thorough. They explain the service upon arrival and provide a full report after completion. I highly recommend the Generac product and Riverside Electric.

Recently purchased and had installed, a Generac home generator. Riverside Electric made it a pleasing experience. They gave me all the information I would need and answered all my questions and then led me through the process. It was flawless! Every employee from initial contact to final installation was professional and friendly. I feel confident in the fact they will be there if I need them in the future. Great job, Riverside Electric!!

Riverside did a great job with the entire process of installing my generator! Their crew were there on time and were very courteous and professional. I do not have any complaints about anything and I would highly recommend Riverside to anyone. Thank you for doing a great job Riverside team!!

We had Riverside install a Generax generator a few years ago and it has come in quite handy many times during power outages. They did a great job installing it and have done a great job in maintaining it. For example, today, Dalton, one of their technicians came out and did a thorough job cleaning it and installing new parts. Dalton was punctual, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Riverside Electric!

Purchased and had a whole house generator installed; I was referred to Riverside through Generac’s main site as an inquiry, and they did absolutely fantastic job from the first call through the follow up on the extended 10 year warranty. They were accommodating with the install because of the weather in December, and the guys that installed it did an excellent job and we’re very personable. I would highly recommend them. Also, we have an HOA, and they helped out with the approval paperwork and process through them as well.

Had a generac 22kw installed 1/08/2026. Had Riverside install it. The 2 gentleman that did the install which were Layne and Nate were honestly a pleasure to talk with and very knowledgeable with their profession. I truly was impressed.
Very polite , had my type of humor . I stood around and observed. Had very delightful experience with them.
The generator was up and running within 3 hours of start time. Can't say that's for everyone because mine was right next to both connections to house. They tested it ran me thru the process helped with registration of said generator. Connected it to the wi fi. Suggested some services for the future services.
Honestly hooked me up so I dont mess it up. Gotta give Riverside the respect. And the whole process was done within 5 weeks from purchase to completion.

I got a new Generac Generator a week old and the auxiliary switch was damaged from shipment. Generac recommended Riverside for the warranty service but the Riverside billed me anyway for the service and refuse to refund. I will file a complaint to Generac and BBB. Do not use them for any warranty service.
