I highly recommend JR Mendez Flooring. From start to finish, they communicated clearly with me at every step and were always polite, professional, and transparent about pricing. There were no surprises and no pressure to spend more than necessary.

My floors were original hardwood but very outdated, with an old yellow tone that made the house look dated. There was also an area where the wood was damaged because a previous owner had installed laminate tile over it using an abrasive glue. Several other companies told me that section would need to be completely replaced.

They were able to refinish that area instead of replacing all the wood, which showed me they were honest and not trying to upsell me. The quality of their work is top tier. The floors now look beautiful, updated, and consistent throughout the house.
