I bought a lawn mower battery last season and tried to return it a month later because it didn't holding a charge. There was damage on the outer plastic of it that was there when I carried it out of the store and transported it inside my car, they gave me the run around and I gave up after 4 phone calls back and forth. They ended up with the battery so I don't know if they got it warrantied from the factory or not but they never called to let me know. It became disrespectful after they said they didn't believe me several times like I would lie about it, I had been going to them to shop local but wound up with $60 down the drain.

Our newish Cub Cadet ZT1-42" had a problem with the main power belt and needed quick repair. Called and talked to Robert who said they could get to it in 3 weeks. Since we didn't have much choice, we had them pick it up. I asked them to change the oil and sharpen the blade too. 1-1/2 weeks later we got a call saying it was ready. The spring on the pulley? had sprung and they had it all ready for us. The price was reasonable and service outstanding! What more could you ask for!?! Thanks Schwab! You can be sure we'll be back!!

Horrible company. They charged my neighbor $306, did not do the job, then said they were honey bees after saying they were carpenter bees boring into her wood house. These people don’t know what they are dealing with. Very unprofessional and argumentative!!

Great company-not a national firm, a locally owned business. The owner, Lester is very responsive, via text. Usually able to swing by the next day if I have questions about my yard or trees. I recommend this firm as my lawn looks great.

Catramex LLC did an excellent job of removing a very large oak tree in my front yard. Catramex LLC started and completed the job at the exact time they said they would. I have already shared the services they offer with others and will continue to do so.

Catramex did a great job removing a large white pine tree damaged by wind and lightening. Catramex was also excellent at keeping the lines of communication open during the process from start to finish. Would recommend without hesitation!
