The first thing Hermes told me was that Duke might remove my problem tree for free. How can you not trust someone whose first comment is “you might not need me at all”? They got the job (I wasn’t about to subject myself to whatever hoops Duke would put me through). Pleasant honest guy. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best! The most professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled tree trimming and removal service, I have ever had the pleasure to use. I contacted them on a Saturday, had a proposal by that afternoon and had the work completed by the following Wednesday! They were fully insured, and their quality of the work and very reasonable cost is without competition. Hermes and his team are efficient, professional and miss no detail. I had one 40ft Walnut removed (in a tight spot , no room for a bucket truck and had to be roped down) and 9 mature other trees pruned up. Hermes and his team worked non-stop to have all the work and cleanup completed in one day. They left the work area looking 100% better than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend Catramex LLC, and will use them again, an absolute pleasure to work with!

Aramis and his crew did a great job for us. We had a different company scheduled to cut our tree which was damaged in a recent wind storm. When the crew from this different company came out to do the job, their tree climber wouldn't do the job because he felt like he couldn't safely climb the tree. Aramis had already given us a good estimate having seen the tree. He assured me that the tree was definitely climbable and he did it. I was amazed by him. I recommend them to anyone and will hire them again.

I had Catramex cut down 2 trees in my backyard. I thought the price was highly reasonable and he did an exceptional job removing the trees. I had a smaller tree and shed I feared would be damaged but he put my fears to rest. Tree and shed untouched. It was just empressvise watching him cut the tree's down with such skill and ease. He definitely gets a 2 thumb up and I had 2 large maples trees. A job well done.

I have never been as pleased with any company as I am with Catramex. They removed two trees from my yard with expertise and professionalism. In addition, they did an excellent clean. Catramex just pruned a tall Pin Oak for me. Their experience and skill are impressive! Also, the punctuality for the initial quote appointment and doing the work was top-notch. They kept me informed if they anticipated any delays along the way to the job. Cleanup after trimming was also excellant. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed!

After calling many companies for estimates I decided to go with Catramex. Hermes gave a great estimate with the large amount of tree removable that was needed at my home. They came got it done and even asked how does everything look midway thru. I added more trees since I didn't see them until the surrounding trees were removed. I even asked him about a part of a tree and he said it is healthing and strong not to worry or remove. Hermes had no problem in adding more work load, was honest on a healthy tree and gave a great deal. After all was done their clean up was excellent too. They did not leave anything in site. I will definitely use them again and recommend him highly. Hermes is a very honest man you cannot go wrong with this company.

I am more satisfied with the courteous and professional service they provided to me. A large tree fell unto my house after a storm and crushed my deck and was threatening to cause more damage. Catramex came out promptly after I called them and safely and carefully cut the tree from my house and deck and nicely stacked the wood into my yard. They also referred me to someone to fix the deck. And then Catramex also provided power washing to my house and deck to make everything look brand new.

Now the incident looks like it never happened thanks to Catramex. I feel so blessed to know them and I’m happy that they were the contractors on the job. I was immediately at ease because of their work, keeping the word on what the end result would be, and the overall experience was nothing but EXCELLENT!!
