I have used this company for years and found their service to be adequate but I just called for emergency service and was told by Daniel that I should call someone else. Poor customer service at best!

Spent thousands of dollars with this company for our neighborhood and now finding out from our new irrigation company that the "repair" work we thought we were paying for last year was done shoddily, if at all. Some of our system still isn't working, again after thousands of dollars paid. Plus they double billed us and ended up owing us $6K back.

Was once a competent organization that offered great service. Technicians are not well trained, the service has really fallen off, rarely returning phone calls. Switched to a competitor.

We have been using this company for about 6 or 7 years. This year when we had them turn on the system the guy said he had to replace one of the sprinkler heads. Okay. Not even a week later we hear from the water company saying we are losing 10 gallons of water an hour. We went searching around the house trying to figure out the problem. Turns out it was the sprinkler head that they had supposedly replaced. It takes another week for them to come back out. We asked the guy how much this was going to cost us and he said probably about $30. Okay. That’s fine. We received our bill in the mail and it’s for $300! What the heck?! Why should I have to pay $300 for something that they just worked on two weeks prior? Ridiculous. I paid in advance for start up and shut down. After it’s turned off for the year I think it’s time to find someone new.

It is very difficult to get competent workers that communicate
well with the public. When I phone your Company and Ashley
answers the phone I know that whatever the issue it will be handled well.She is pleasant and efficient-doing an excellent job.

Trevor was very professional and thorough ensuring closing was done without issues in the spring. I’ve had a contract for over 20 years and will continue because of the quality of service they provide.

The company was fine until there was an issue with my system. Now after two repairs and a damanged basement, they won't accept responsbility. The "supervisor" that came out to inspect the damage was unbelievably condescending. Told me he didn't believe the water damage happened the way I indicated (which is clear from the drywall water stains). He also unplugged and moved the equipment in place from the remidiation company I had hired to fix the basement indicating they are nothing but "scammers". Funny choice of words since I know who the real scammer was in this scenario and that's the Lawn Management Sprinkler Company. AVOID!

We had a number of issues we wanted resolved during our sprinkler Spring turn on. We were very fortunate that Andy was the man who visited our house. Andy flawlessly and patiently addressed each and every one of our questions and thanks to him, our system is again humming along like a well-oiled machine. Without question, he is a consummate professional who takes great pride in providing great customer service. Kudos to Lawn Management Sprinkler Company and especially to our favorite technician, Andy!

This company is outstanding. From the first contact to the last. We had a water leak in the yard and Lawn Management came out and marked all of our heads, and when the Plumber was done digging out our yard, they came back and fixed what was damaged the very same day. Unbelievable Service !!!
