I can't say enough about how happy I am with this company. I had them install an irrigation system prior to having sod put down. The team sent were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The work was started on time and completed on schedule.

After the sod install, I found my irrigation system was not working. The landscapers had accidentally cut the electric wire while digging. I called Lawn Management Sprinkler Co. after hours, at the start of a holiday weekend, and they still responded and sent someone to diagnose the problem and fix it.

My system is up and running again and I can water my new sod. You can't ask for better customer service than that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a new irrigation system.

I have used them to winterize my system for years without issue. Recently I had them come out and replace a few heads and they did a splendid job! Some of the heads were very old and they replaced them with much better rotary heads that cover the area much better. They also moved a head that my deck builder had inadvertently blocked. I am very pleased with their service.

I've used this company for a couple of years to maintain and repair my sprinkler system. Their staff are very professional and hard-working. My system has needed a number of repairs and they were able to get it all sorted out over time with good planning and cost control.

One cool thing is that in the late fall, if your system hasn't been shut off yet and freezing weather is expected, they give you a courtesy call with a reminder and instructions on how to avoid a burst pipe.

The entire team was awesome. The owner came out and quoted the work. His team did a wonderful job installing our sprinklers and uplights. They left our yard looking like it was before they came and dug it up. Afterwards, the owner called me to go over everything and ask if we had any concerns or issues. I don't leave reviews because most service companies disappoint me. Lawn Management left a lasting impression.

This company is extraordinary for service and new install work. They actually care about the quality of work that they preform. Some companies just throw it in the ground but not this one. Lawn management sprinkler company is the best irrigation company in the tri-state area in my opinion. Their systems are a work of art. 100% recomend.

I highly recommend Lawn Management Sprinkler Co. David Grant, Owner, came out to give me an estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ashley and Danielle, who work in the office, were pro-active in their communication with me and made it easy for me to move from concept to installation. The 7-man crew, led by Jackson, exceeded my expectations when they installed the irrigation system. Not only did the crew know where to dig and what to do, but they were also professional in consulting with me before they started to dig. They worked in 36 degree weather (yes, in March) but maintained a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

It's now September and I noticed a small stream of water and two soggy spots on my lawn. I shut down the system. I knew I had to have a leak of some kind. I called the office and Danielle scheduled a service call for 5 days later. Waiting 5 days wasn't a big deal. I know it's their busy time, I'm not their only customer, and I could hand water for a couple of days. On the scheduled day, Nate and Ben showed up early (which I appreciated). They found the leak, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. In addition, Nate discovered a minor issue with one of the other valves so he replaced that valve. Nate and Ben were great to work with and they knew what they were doing.

We just had our existing irrigation system repaired, along with some new irrigation installed and Lawn Management was great. Jackson and his team of Heil, Hector and Abel did a fantastic job. Jackson was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very informative during the whole process. If you find yourself needing help with existing irrigation or new installation, they will do a tremendous job!!!

They installed an irrigation system at my parents home. David and the office were very responsive during the estimation process, answering all my questions etc. Seann was excellent during installation. He was very patient with my parents explaining and running the the system completely before leaving.

Les and David both completed efficient, and timely diagnoses of my system. Their straightforward pricing is excellent for repairs, I’m handy and DIY many things myself, but these guys are worth the money if you have issues

If negative stars were a possibility I would go that route. We were looking for someone to turn on our sprinklers and do back flow testing at our new house. I was here with the tech for a period before work identifying zones after he did the initial backflow testing. After some dialogue around how I am unsure if we will use the system I left for work while he finished up. Three months later I get a very confrontational call about a past due bill (I never received an invoice until the call) for 620 dollars. I was charged for 420 dollars of work that at worst I have no idea if it was done because the sprinklers were working functionally and some of the work was done on zones that aren't used, and at best was never discussed with me. When confronted the tech said he never does work without discussing it with the client, but I never received a call about the work and he was just "finishing up" when I left. He also stated any "straightening of sprinkler heads he does for free". I was charged 42 dollars for that service and it took him 10 seconds to reach down and hand straighten 2 heads back to a more upright angle. To top it all off they charged 220 dollars for backflow testing (5-10 minute job) when they are already on site for a spring turn on. This was much higher then the price that was quoted over the phone. The tech was nice to my face though before lying to me over the phone, so there is that.

We purchased several potted plants on Wednesday July 28, 2021, Friday 30 July, 2021 we noticed two plants were not doing well. Only the black eyes susans died in two days. Burger has zero warrenty on perennials. We followed their direction of watering twice a day while we waiting to put them in the ground but that made no difference. Personally, we will not shop here ever again, there are plenty of other nursurys and hopefully they will warranty their plants.

This all being said, while we were at the nursery, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. it was a positive shopping experience but we did not ask about their plant warranty...who would have thought these would have died in two days while the rest are doing fine?

I've been coming here since 1974! Always healthy indoor, outdoor, trees, and shrubs! Plus at Halloween time they a puppet show, kid rides, and a hayride! I've taken my 3 children and now my grandchildren!

Went during spring to look for some indoor plants as well as fruit trees. They had a great selection of plants that were reasonably priced. The plants all looked very healthy and well cared for.

Always the best. Every year, I try going to different garden centers but always end up back at Burger. All of the Proven Winners supertunias and superbells at another center today were far too leggy and dry. Burger had a smaller selection because of demand but the quality was SO much better. I'll never go anywhere else!

Best place to get all of my Christmas decorations, poinsettias, and my Christmas tree. Good prices too. And they'll load the tree on to your car safely as well.

Great store with a large selection of plants. They also provided a 1 year warranty included with our purchase of select annual varieties.
All the workers had masks on and the store was clean.

I called twice to see if they had a product before driving out of my way. I sat on hold between 2 calls for over 20 minutes. Customer service??? Really?? I do not think so. At least a "we will be right with you and acknowledgemnent you have been listening to music for 29 minutes would have been nice. I was going to see if they had gazing balls for garden and buy flowers for Mother's day. My Mom goes there. I will share my experience...would not spend a penny in there now.

I went for the Fall Pumpkin Festival (late September and each October weekend) with my son. I'm glad I didn't take my 14 yo daughter, as I think she would've have enjoyed it much. It really is geared for kids. It was a lot of fun for my son and I, and I'm very grateful that BFGC provided so many activities that didn't require any more money! Definitely try to visit next year!

There are a wide array of free activities provided by Burger Farm (check out the info on their website) which gives kids of most ages a lot to do. If you're on a budget $10 per person is worth it as long as you avoid the carnie games and rides, and have your own food with you. The food prices were high but not outrageous. Many of the activities can even be experienced by adults, although some are really only meant for little ones.

Honestly, the carnie rides and games are pretty expensive. One ticket costs $1.50 with no bulk discount, and carnival rides and games require 1-5 tickets/pax.

Definitely check the weather before you go. If the weather is bad, Burger Farms will close it for the day, which is exactly what happened on the Saturday I'd planned to take my kids.

Make sure to dress in layers, and be prepared to clean dry corn kernels and hay out of your kids' clothes!

Two recent experiences have involved employee rudeness, apathy, and/or incompetence. Most recently, I asked an employee to hold six butterfly weed plants until Saturday. I called two days prior, and we needed to get in and out because we had a very busy schedule. I was told they would hold the plants for me. We drove 45 minutes to get to Burger Farm, and we drove our pickup truck, which is not cheap on gas, specifically to pick up the plants. When we arrived, they did not have the plants on hold. No apology was made for not holding the plants. No one seemed to care at all. I asked where the plants were, and a female employee vaguely waved her arm in the direction of the plants without bothering to actually show me where they were. After searching, I couldn't find them and returned to the counter to ask someone to help me find the plants. I asked this employee why they didn't hold the plants, and the employee "barked at me" in a very nasty tone, "Because they probably got busy." He may as well have said, "Too damned bad." We vowed never to go to Burger Farm as this was the second bad experience we have had here with employees demonstrating very poor customer service. The following weekend, we found the plants for half the price at Ammon Landscaping and Nursery in Florence, Kentucky.

How cute is Burger Farm?! My little ones and I visited for the first time and I was really impressed. The admission that we paid to get in was well worth all the cute little Halloween activities and to top it all off the food was great. We will definitely be back next Halloween!

A great place to buy garden decor. Everything from fairie decorations to resin statues and funky frogs. The plants looked fantastic, if slightly more than other places. It's a shame it's so far away or we might go more often.
