Brendan and his team did a great job removing a tree from our backyard that was dangerously leaning towards our house. It was a complex job, entangled in other trees, with very limited access to the tree itself, but they were able to handle it very well without needing any major equipment or cranes. Their price was competitive and the service was remarkable. They were friendly and knowledgeable about how to properly remove the tree without damaging any property, and had the entire job finished in less than a day. I would highly recommend them and will call them again if I need another tree removed in the future!

I have been a very satisfied repeat customer. They have removed two complete trees, performed stump grinding, and removed dead limbs safely near the house. Brendan communicates well explaining exactly what he plans to perform and has always been considerate of the property. Also, the follow through and clean up process they perform is amazing.

My experience with Arbspec tree service was not good. I'm a resident at an apt complex in Milford Ohio. The owner doesn't show up to work until noon or later each day if at all. It took over a month to remove some brush and branches/leaves from a small creek bank. Each day there would be piles of debris left on the ground. Mr. Kinsley worker was seen several days working by himself until late when Mr kinsley shows up ordering him to blow leaves back into the creek causing a blockage again.. Several residents heard Mr Kinsley comment that over hanging brush should be left and the worker was doing to much clearing. He told him leave it so we get called back sooner. Mr Kinsley was heard telling inappropriate jokes to his employee and yelled at our maintenance man. I do not recommend as he is very unprofessional. I took a picture of the blocked end and brush that was left uncleared. If I'm not truthful then please respond Arbspec?

Highly recommended. Did some major work at our home tending to very overgrown trees. It was like a “home makeover” for the outside. Communication was clear, the team was very professional and it was clear took a lot of pride in their work. Trustworthy.

Awesome work by Joe and crew - total pros, all tree work taken care of exactly as had been quoted...fast, safe, and cleaned up so you could barely tell they had been here (except for the perfect stack of firewood). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience, will use them again and refer to anyone. Showed up on time, responsive to questions, cleaned up everything when the job was done- hardly any sawdust anywhere and we had some very large trees removed. Very polite, personable and professional. Also friendly to our kids who watched them work from the window almost all day long.

Joe and his crew did a great job at my house. They cleaned a lot of dead limbs out of a huge Locust tree and trimmed up some other smaller trees in the yard. Left the back yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Joe and his team were fast, professional, and maintained constant communication with us the entire time. They took down a couple of old Locust trees in some hard to reach areas and completed the job ahead of the time they quoted us. They even sectioned the wood into lengths that would fit into our fire place!

Scapes provided very professional tree removal. Best of all, they removed every bit of debris that fell in our yard. Some rain delays affected the start of the job, but timely phone calls were made which we appreciated.

When we first met with him, he gave us an estimate for the work and described how and when
he and his team would arrive to do and complete the job.
They arrived within the time line he had given us, proceeded in a safe manner working efficiently
to complete the task.
As he had advised us, when the job was completed, our property was completely left in perfect con-
dition, as promised.

These guys hustle! I had a huge job with removing 9 trees and they completed the job in 1 day! The team that came were very professional, nice and thoughtful on how to down the trees without causing any damage; I even had a tree resting on a split rail fence that went 20 ft into my neighbors yard. They removed it without disturbing the fence or my neighbors property. I can't say enough about these guys and their work. Thank you Joe!

They did an excellent job taking down a tree that was next to my garage and almost touching a neighbors fence without any damage to either. When they finished you could not even tell the tree had been there and they did not leave any evidence of taking it down. They cleaned up all the debris. Really pleased with their work quality and ethic.

I’m very happy with the job they did for cutting down my trees. I had 5 large trees to be cut down. Not only did they cut those down they took down some other 1/2 dead trees, cut the wood up and neatly stacked it for us. They put plywood down to prevent the crane from damaging the yard. They were very organized and efficient. They left my yard and driveway cleaner than when they came. I would defiantly recommend them.

The team did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. Mr Semrad provided a clear quote following our discussion of the requested work and provided clear plans on time and work activities. He arrived on time and completed work just as we discussed. Work was completed and thoroughly cleaned, that you would not have known where the tree was that was removed. The other trees that were cut, were also cleaned and all debris removed. I will use the service if needed in the future.

I had a great experience with Scapes. They removed a couple of dead spruce trees and trimmed a giant oak, and left everything in perfect condition. They also removed multiple stumps. I was astounded by how meticulous they were about the cleanup. I was really impressed by their dedication to going above and beyond what I felt was required.
