Excellent Service and GREAT communication. Our drain tile replacement project was weather dependent and we were advised on schedule. The job was performed efficiently and was very reasonably priced.

Awesome selection of plants. We went in looking for plants for our raised garden beds. Prices for them were reasonable as well. Will definitely go back again.

A very good company owned and led by a personable and honest businessman. His men did a great job laying sod and repairing a large low spot in our lawn. I highly recommend Plant World for anything you need done right and timely.

Large variety of plants and plant supplies. Both for landscaping with perennials and annuals as well as a variety of houseplants in various sizes from very small to larger plants to try your luck with a green thumb many kinds of fertilizer from the big brands to organically sourced. For anyone wanting to grow cannabis now that it is legal in Ohio, you should check out the various strains of seeds sold in packs of five or six seeds to keep you on the legal side. I grew seeds from here last year and they all germinated and grew into productive female plants even though I planted very late in summer months. Overall I have been very pleased with everything I have purchased here

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job laying sod and installing/covering a drainage pipe in my back yard, along with other services. The guys were all very nice and worked hard to get a big job done in a day. The new yard looks gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.

I have used Plant World for 4 yrs. now and could Not be more pleased with this company. The owners and their staff are incredible and so easy to work with. I have nothing but the highest of praise for all they do. My yard looks garden tour worthy when they are finished and sites are left neat and tidy. All that remains are beautiful views!

I've bought plants here over the past year or so to backfill ones that didn't survive winter in my landscaping. Every time, the staff here has been more than helpful. I can literally come in with a picture of the plant on my phone and they know exactly what it is and have it in stock! They truly put Lowe's and all the other big name stores to shame. You guys have my business for life. Keep it up!

Not Impressed AT ALL!! Upon arrival I noticed I was the only customer in entire place & Nobody offered to help as I wandered the various rows of plants . I was hesitant to even come back as we were treated extremely rude when shopping for Christmas Trees in December . Recently I Called the day after I purchased 2 hanging baskets and they were dead - I said these haven’t even been hung yet and they’re dead and they refused to take them for an exchange so we won’t be back . Not impressed with the employees at all! They are clearly not customer oriented whatsoever in the shop. Maybe the Landscaping side is run better but we won’t be hanging around to find out !

I bought a whipping tree that cost me 150 bucks, planted the tree and it never grew. After talking to multiple associates at the store and the Manager or owner Tim they refuse to replace the tree for me. They told me they don’t warranty their plants or trees. They are a terrible company. Go down the street to Barn World, great place where they warranty their trees and plants, not like this place that’s is terrible with customer service. I will never go back, first timers and will be the last time.

Worked the design details with Tim first and then his crew came to the house and did a wonderful job. (clean, quick and checked with me every step of the way when they had questions). I wanted to do more but our budget didn't allow - but i still got a good value for what work they did. Will use PW for all our needs, love their nursery.

Normally I don’t rate bad many business reviews but the way they snow plowing front of my business and pile all snow it is bad service they did.

They were very professional and cared about the job they did. They cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with them would use them again. They went above and beyond. I would give them 10 stars if it went that high. They really cared about what the customer thought. Thank you Before and After pictures.

We get our Christmas tree here every year and love the staff and the quality of the trees. We are 30/40 minutes away but definitely worth the trip!

Awesome job and excellent customer service! I contacted them via Angie's List. They immediately responded, came out and gave an estimate and we contracted the work. They moved us up in their schedule due to an opening and just finished yesterday! Did the whole job in less than a full day and our yard looks amazing! Will definitely use again!

They were prompt with a quote and delivery! However the rocks were supposed to be 1 to 3 inches. Many of the rocks we received were 4 to 8 inches maybe even bigger. They worked but they were definitely bigger than we expected them to be.

LA, Julio & Kevin did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. They ensured everything was cleaned up and we were satisfied before they left.
