YELL did a great job with my yard. They tore out a very overgrown yard, trimmed a tree, and made it look inviting and presentable. Highly recommend them!

Nathan worked with me to design exactly what we wanted and had ideas that made it even better. They started earlier than planned and the crew was very hardworking, considerate and punctual. When some adjacent areas were worn down due to the extensive work, they fixed those as well. I could not recommend Y.E.L.L. more.

Barrett and team do quality work and leave your yard picture perfect. We consulted with Barrett for a spring clean up and landscaping refresh and he proposed updates to remove oversized bushes, replace with easy-to-maintain plants and also to split some of our perennials (rather than just pay for more new ones). The work was done while we were out of town and we returned home to the gift of a "new" yard- couldn't be happier!

Barrett and team have done a couple projects for us and all have been done incredibly well, as well as on schedule and budget. They are extremely professional and have produced outstanding results. I had multiple quotes and they were very price competitive. I will be using them for future projects.

On the recommendation of a neighbor, I hired Young Entrepreneurs for a very large hardscaping and landscaping project, which included demolition of an existing patio and design and construction of a new back patio, retaining walls, large outdoor fireplace, new front walk and steps, stormwater drainage and associated landscaping We could not be happier with the results and importantly, the outstanding problem solving, communication, oversight, and overall ownership provided by Nathan (one of the owners) throughout the project. I highly recommend Young Entrepreneurs - Barrett and Nathan are good at their craft and fair businessmen.

Very disappointed with our service from this company. We had the owner come out early May to give us a quote and we decided on a day a few weeks later for install. Never heard back for confirmation until almost July. It was blazing hot by that point, and we were frustrated. The owners workers came out and they were phenomenal, very hard workers, did a great job. We did everything we were told to take care of the yard, watering, keeping our dogs off it almost two months, etc. It has started to get these awful spots in the yard. We have been trying for WEEKS to get the owner to fix this and haven’t heard back from him. This is just ridiculous. We spent so much money investing in our yard and are so disappointed. Would not recommend.

Recently we completed a landscaping renovation with Young Entrepreneur Landscaping LLC. Our old cracked concrete walkways were the primary motivation behind the project, but like so many other projects once we started looking to replace that we decided to include some others.

Our old back paver patio was in need of repair or replacement, and our front steps also needed some TLC. When the project was complete we had new matching Unilock pavers installed all the way from the front sidewalk to and including the back patio. We also had new custom built stairs up to the front porch complete with a new railing. And of course once this was all done we needed new sod planted to clean it all up.

Owner Barrett Weckel was very easy to work with and had great ideas for our space. It was all executed to perfection by partner Nate Record and his two-man crew in a couple of weeks. They all worked very hard to make sure we were completely satisfied and were quick to make any adjustments as the project unfolded. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process and all of their hard work!

Barrett and his team are so nice and delivered high quality work preparing my garden beds for spring/summer. 10/10 would recommend.

We’re very pleased with results. Barrett was flexible with his schedule (we had a delay due to a plumbing issue). They took our front yard porch area from a mess to beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Kudos to Barrett and his crew for a job well done! Barrett came out, surveyed the situation, and provided a timely proposal to remove and replace aged and overgrown landscaping around 3 sides of our property, and to replace a narrow front sidewalk that was sinking and not up to code. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew was polite, efficient, and hard-working. We are very happy with the outcome and the overall value equation. We highly recommend YEL. We will be using them again.

The only reason I took a star off was due to poor communication between the owner and the crew on one occasion. Part of the job was running a drain under the sod from the downspout to the sidewalk. The crew dug the ditch halfway down the yard. When I asked, they said that’s where the owner marked it. I don’t know if they made a mistake or it was marked wrong but I’m sure glad I caught it. They were going to leave it like that. On the plus side, I was able to reach the owner, Barret easily. He assured me the job would be done right and the next day he came out himself to help and make sure it was done correctly.

I’m very pleased with the work performed. When we moved in 6 months ago the yard was nothing but ivy, mud and a ton of roots from trees taken out a few years ago. Now it’s green and lush with beautiful landscaping. The crew that came worked hard all day and took the time to clean up nicely at the end of each day, very professional. I would recommend and use YELL again in the future.

I just want to give a shout-out to Barrett and his crew at Young Entrepreneurs! We recently decided to sod and landscape our front lawn. From the initial call for a quote to the project being done, Barrett was timely, communicated and updated with us often, and showed up when he said he would! We’ve hired various businesses to help with home projects and these guys stood out as being better than others in those departments, which I fully appreciated.

The crew was on time, worked hard, and all were professional while on the job. Not only did the job get done looking great at a fair price, but a week after the sod was installed I texted Barrett distressed because a delivery truck had driven over a portion of our freshly watered sod and totally destroyed it with a deep tire track running through and patches of sod torn up. I asked if he had any tips on how I could best try to fix it. He kindly wrote back that he would take care of it the next day! Sure enough his guys were there fixing it for us, free of charge. It’s also worth mentioning that this was during a heatwave where it had been in the upper 90s for days straight. We were blown away with the level of loyalty and kindness from this business!

Will be recommending Young Entrepreneurs to others and hope to use them again for our future landscaping needs!

I can’t say enough great things about Barrett and Young Entrepreneur Landscaping! I first hired them last year to completely redo the landscaping at my new home, and they absolutely blew me away with the quality of their work. Every detail was done with care and professionalism—and the end result was terrific.

Young Entrepreneur Landscaping was fantastic to work with from initial estimate to finish installation. Barrett and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The price was fair and they accommodated a last-minute change to add an additional run of drain pipe per owner request that was much appreciated. Exceeded expectations and will definitely use again on future projects.

Great company and crew to work with. We had a large (for us) hardscaping and landscaping project done by YE, and they did a fantastic job. Barrett worked with us to design and pick materials for a major retaining wall and driveway project. The crew were professional, respectful, hardworking, and punctual. Highly recommend!

I hired Young Entreprenuer Landscaping to do a complete makeover of my front yard, which had pretty much been destroyed due to major renovation to my house, lasting almost a year. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The crew arrived early in the morning, ready to get to work. That was a pleasant surprise, after what I’d experienced over the past year. They prepped my yard for sod, first cleaning up left over debris. Then they rototillered the whole yard, then added a layer of topsoil, added fertilizer and put in sod. I was totally amazed how organized they were, and efficient. By the end of the day, I was stunned to see my yard, looking better than ever. To say they did a good job is an understatement. If you need your yard redone like we did, this company is who you should call. Today was a feel good moment after a year of construction.

Barrett and his team were amazing to work with! He actually quoted us last year to extend our concrete patio, redo our retaining wall, add drainage, steps for kids to get between yards, and a railing so little ones didn't go flying off the new retaining wall. He honored that quote and adjusted for material pricing He did a better job than we could imagine. He will definitely use them for future projects.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Barrett, his company, and his crew hit the mark on everything you want in a contractor. Great communication, fast response time, great pricing, and amazing work. The landscaping features in my yard were in extreme disrepair and I could not be more happy with the results of the rebuild. Two stone walls completely rebuilt, two block walls completely rebuilt, the entire perimeter of my patio completely rebuilt, and a full spring clean-up carried out by two guys in less than 3.5 days. I'm extremely happy with the results and will definitely look to this company again for any future work.
