Needed help getting my shower handle off the faucet to replace a moen 1222 cartridge. Rick was able to come over and help me out. He even loaned me a tool.

This company was booked through Angi. The person never showed up nor did they ever contact me to follow up as to why. I attempted to reach out multiple times with no response. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would give zero for service if I could.

Professional, friendly, on time and clean services! Rick and Marie were a pleasure to have in our house. I will definitely use their services again, highly recommend this business!

This contractor canceled on us 7 times, having different excuses each time. (Yes, things happen, but not 7 times in a row.) It got to the point where they wouldn't even tell us they weren't coming, I'd have to reach out to them to see why they didn't show. We got our money back from Lowes.

They are incredibly professional and offer additional helpful tips while they’re installing or mounting equipment. They first assembled our trampoline and then mounted several TV’s. I’ll definitely call them in the future.

High-Tech does it all - it’s so nice to work with a one stop shop. They’re working on installing recessed lighting and a gate to the stairs on my back deck. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. Highly recommend!

I was referred by Angies list, i was rescheduled 4 times and then i finally cancelled because I had to take off work and each time they cancelled was the day before the schedulled day. I left 2 messages but got no response. If you dont have time to wait to be reschedulled 4 times, dont call Hi-tech!!!!

Hi Tech Handyman may have great skills, but I wouldn’t know, because as many previous reviews have said, they are painfully unreliable, prone to last minute cancellations, and it seems like there’s always some kind of excuse. When you exhibit a pattern of not showing up for jobs, the “why” doesn’t matter so much. You’re either reliable or you’re not, and you could be the most skilled in the world but it doesn’t count if you never show up.

We had this contractor assigned through lowes. We put aside 3 weekends total waiting for someone to install our ceiling fans. Each week it was a different excuse why they were cancelling last minute. It was never a day early or with plenty notice. I understand an emergency comes up, but 3 weeks in a row? Really? 1st time, someone went to the hospital, 2nd time a concussion and today its oh sorry, we have a job thats going to take 4 or 5 hours longer. Just be honest when you cannot accommodate a job, cannot take it on or do not want to. The lack of communication in an appropriate manner of time is what did it for me. Went to lowes and got a refund. 10 out of 10 Do NOT recommend

They came and said they didn’t have time to complete the job because they had to go to indiana to complete another job. I was a bit annoyed that they put my job to the bottom of their priority list but it was whatever. We made a follow up appointment for the following week and they never showed nor gave a courtesy call to let me know they wouldn’t come. I know they had my phone number because they had called before. They just left me hanging. Rude and completely unprofessional.

Contracted from Lowe's through Angi's list to install a fan and there was always a reason they had to cancel the day of. Based on other reviews they either get in more car accidents than any business ever, or they lie. First it was a car accident, then it was the flu, then it was no response. After the most recent cancellation I asked when they would be available next and they didn't even respond.

I would give this a NEGATIVE 125 for all of the times that they promised to show up and they were NO SHOWS from November until March 7 their final NO SHOW. Misrepresents his crew of 17 when there are a wife and man. Rick is rude to Marie. They are not professional with neglectful responses.

They cancelled our chandelier installation 3 times the day of the scheduled installation and then no showed on 4th rescheduled date. On the 4th reschedule date they also didn’t answer or respond to my or my husband’s calls. Every time they had an excuse why they couldn’t complete the installation and always prioritized other customer’s installs over getting ours done after repeatedly cancelling on us.

Highly recommend this company they installed 7 ceiling fans with no previous electric ran. After seeing all of the work that they did climbing around in my attic in a sea of insulation in 90+ degree heat replacing all my old wiring the price was unbeatable as well as the quality of work. They showed up on time and left everything cleaner then when they came in. I know who to call if I need anything else repaired way to go guys!

Have to give one star just to leave a review I'd give none if possible. Was contracted thru Lowe's to install a toilet. They never showed up but put down they did. You can follow progress thru the Angi app and they lied about a timeframe and everything. Called the number multiple times and it goes to voicemail. Scam artist at their finest

I purchased two ceiling fans from Lowe’s and the installer text me at 6:30 AM same day of install and cancelled. Based on other reviews this is common . Poor business practice and people take off work and to let you know the day of is not good.

Rick and Marie did a terrific job mounting my new tv and set up my surround sound system. In both instances they did a great job. They really know what they are doing in terms of the actual physical work and finding compatible parts for any existing equipment. They're fun to talk to and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend for any audio/visual work!

Same reviews as everyone else 1 star because Google makes you. They never show up and feed you a bunch of lies of why they can ot be there. If you are a Lowes Customer, call Angie's List and tell them the job was never done you and that you need your job expedited with an actual contractor that will show up. Also, I learned contractors for AL are not allowed to cancel in a 24 hour window or they place penalties against these shady contractors...no matter what pathetic lies they text you and try to feed you.

Mr. Rick & Ms. Marie were great to work with. We are extremely happy with our updated kitchen sink installation. They are hardworking and believe in customer service. They answered all our questions about our kitchen sink project, repaired a counter top on the spot, and gave us guidance for future projects. We look forward to utilizing their company for our next project. Thank you both for you service.

This company came to my condo to install toilets through Lowe's install service. They did a wonderful job and the owners are very reasonable and personable. Their prices were amazing, and cheaper than the plumbing company that came out last week. Thanks for your help!

Worst experience ever! This place set a time for installation, then we were told they were running behind and would have to move our appointment to later in the day. We waited until 6pm with no update. Then we were told they would come out the following day..never heard from the husband and wife duo of Rick and Marie. We had to contact the company we made our purchase with and had to have them set us up with a different installer. Don’t waste your time with these people.
