Perfectionist Cleaning did an outstanding job Cleaning our entire Restaurant from top to bottom..
There were alot of difficult spots on the floor which seemed impossible to clean. Not a problem for Whitley and Perfectionist Cleaning .
The only Cleaning services I would use period..

The Epic house had the pleasure to meet these great people. Great work. They did a great job esp Temple she was very friendly and good personality. Ms Whitley was Great to work with awesome personality.

I contacted her Saturday morning
Asked if she could clean for a job less than 4 hours
She said yes
Knowing what the normal rate for commercial cleaning I didn’t ask for a up front price
She finished in 2 hours
Sent me a bill for $485
Said 300 for job and a 150 same day service charge
This was never discussed
Then I told her that I guess I learned the hard way
And it was explained that Monday invoice would be sent to the office for processing payment
Tuesday morning she texted me asking about status of payment
I told her that the office wasn’t able to get to processing it on Monday but it would be on Tuesday
That was at 11 am
At 2:30 she was at my job site inquiring about payment from my customers
This isn’t be respectful or Business like after being told she would be paid on Tuesday and her bill was processed on Tuesday and paid for

The job she did was fine
There were a few things missed but nothing to complain about
But the on business like manner of collection on commercial work is not tolerable

I hired Perfectionist cleaning service for a rental property I own. The previous tenants left every inch quite dirty and we did not think the oven/stove would recover. Whitley and her staff did an amazing turnaround in impressive time. She is very detail-oriented and takes her time to inspect everything to find anything that needs to be cleaned. She cleaned places I didn't even think about, such as behind all of the appliances, wiping all of the electrical outlets, and sweeping and cleaning underneath our basement steps. She even found a small leak none of our other service providers have noticed when doing maintenance and we so appreciate it! You can tell she really cares about what she does in the way that she communicates and is so thorough. We highly recommend her services!
