Jacob’s Tree Experts were surprisingly responsive on a Sunday morning to my inquiry for a quote to take down two large trees on my property right next to my house in central KY. They provided a very reasonable quote that same day. Their crew arrived at my house the next morning and dropped the two trees without any issues. They were fast, honest, and respectful. I will do business with them again and highly recommend them for others as well.

We had a smooth and excellent experience with Jacob's Tree Experts. Their pricing was fair and their work ethic was outstanding. We had good communication with their business and they got the job done as promised. Our main tree was a monster that was over our house and in our neighbor's yard, they handled it like pros.... Before and after pics below ... they also cut 2 other smaller trees.

This company did a great job bringing down a very large oak tree with BIG limbs hanging over a garage…..and at a reasonable price. They were able to get the job done in 2 days and with no damage to the garage. I was impressed and would highly recommend using this company. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We recently had Jacob’s Tree Experts remove three gigantic trees from my 91-year-old father-in-law’s property. These trees hovered dangerously over his house, threatening to cause even more damage than what was already done.

I had heard from others in my networking group that you can’t get a tree removed for less than $7,000 each—unless you go with a company that isn’t insured. Well, that was not the case with Jacob’s. I didn’t even have to ask—they provided their insurance documentation upfront with the contract. That gave us immediate peace of mind.

These are the hardest-working guys I’ve seen in my 60 years of life. They completed all 3 trees and cleaned up the property—even working into the dark with headlamps to finish the job right.

Jacob's Tree Service did a phenomenal job removing three trees from my back, two of which were right next to my house, and one was right next to power lines running into the house.

The workers were punctual, professional, courteous, and were hard workers. They did a thorough job, _including_ spreading out the wood shavings from the stump grinding, putting patio furniture back that had been moved, and cleaning up after the work had been finished.

I was given a great price for the tree removal, and would recommend them without hesitation. This review was not made in exchange for any reduction in price or services; I waited until after the work was done and payment was made.

Fast, safe, went above and beyond for me. Thorough in the walk through before the job. Recommended things I did not notice. Also told me about “not necessary yet” items that I thought were needing immediate attention.

Quote to job took 7 days. Most companies are quoting me 5-6 weeks before the job can be done. Their quote blew the rest out of the water. Fair and felt like an even handshake.

The post walk through of the job and items they did was also a great touch. Crew was polished and professional. Owner and Super both stopped by to QC the job as well.

Excellent service. My husband and I just had 4 trees cut down in our backyard by this company. They do AWESOME, THOROUGH, FAST, EFFICIENT and WELL-THOUGHTOUT work. They cleaned up the area and the workers were very friendly. As they worked I sent my neighbor their info so they can contact them as well. They cut down the last of our trees BUT if we had more trees that we needed to address they would be our first choice!!!
