Absolutely phenomenal experience with SB Tree Service! They removed a very large tree that hung over both our and our neighbor’s homes. They had to access the tree through our neighbor’s yard and were extremely respectful of their (and our) property. Left everything extremely clean and removed all debris from both rooftops. Very professional and thorough job! I couldn’t possibly recommend them more!

SB Tree has repeatedly done not just a good but an exceptional work for us. Prompt response, immediate scheduling of work, extremely fair price. We had a tree that needed to be removed to enable a difficult sewer work to proceed. I called Simon at 4:30PM. he mobilized his crew immediately and the work was done by 6:00PM which allowed the plumbing contractor to proceed by 7:30 the following morning.

Great company very professional and exceptionally prompt. I called S.B tree service for a free estimate , they came out the next day, emailed the estimate , I agreed to have the work done and scheduled a time. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process with updates leading up to the service date. The team arrived right on time and got straight to work . They pruned the trees and cleaned the yard of any debris. I'm am extremely satisfied with the level of service they provided,and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. SB Tree Service took down a small tree and a Large tree limb. The crew did a stellar job, working safely and neatly. Communication was good and they showed up on the day scheduled. Price was more than fair. Simon is a real gem! Highly recommend!

I used S.B Tree Service for my rental location and they were super helpful! Had squirrels coming in through the roof from a tree nearby and they were quite to get a quote, confirmed they saw some squirrels entering and did the job quick. Price was definitely fair and the process was so easy.

Everyone I spoke with in person and digitally was very nice, super helpful, and quick to respond to me. I submitted a request for service online and had an email response the same day scheduling me for a free quote inspection. Their prices were very reasonable and the inspector was very budget conscious during their visit. They made recommendations on services to still accomplish my ultimate end goal without needing to spend thousands of dollars. The day of service was very quick, too. Two workers came and cut and hauled everything within a couple of hours. They even moved some outdoor furniture I didn't remember to move out of their way and put it back when they were done. I would definitely recommend!

Simon and crew removed a LARGE tree from our backyard that had been struck by lightning. They used a crane to lift the sections over the house and did an excellent job. They did an amazing amount of work for a very good price. Simon even helped us get some small pieces for our fire pit from the tree. They hauled everything away and left the site in very good condition. We asked them to leave the stump grinding chips for our garden. We are going to use them for any more tree work. Highly recommended.

Simon and his brother, Alex, came to our house early and got to work immediately on our overgrown trees and dead branches. They carefully backed into our narrow driveway with their EagerBeaver wood-mulching truck, and began climbing our trees just after arriving. Simon quickly and efficiently trimmed the dead branches, dropping them safely to the ground below where Alex collected them and brought them to the wood chipper.
They proficiently completed the job in less than three hours, cleaning up all the branches and wood chips, allowing a neighbor to cart home some of the logs for personal use.

SB tree service & Simon were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had a giant tree, extremely close to our house, on a very tight street. Everything was handled beautifully from prior day signage to block the street, dealing with Duke Power to table down electric wires through final cleanup. .

They did a great job at a fair price. Very professional. We got a few tree removal quotes from other companies, but SB Tree Service was the only one that actually took the time to assess our tree, take notes, pictures, etc. and explained the whole process really well. We were impressed. Definitely recommend and will use this company in the future should we need it!

I can say with genuine enthusiasm that I made the right choice going with SB Tree Service to remove a pine tree on the side of my house. They came in with a quote that was so much lower than every other one I’d gotten that I was concerned they’d be cutting corners. I had some questions and the owner, Simon, called me personally. He was super friendly and helpful so we moved forward.

The job was done over two different days. One day they cut the tree down then another they came back to grind the stump. All of the workers were truly above and beyond friendly, professional, and helpful. Not only did they not cut corners, they did more than I expected. The first crew was happy to leave some 18 inch sections of the tree trunk in a neat pile that I can split to use for firewood. After the second gentleman ground the stump he took the remains and threw them on a nearby bed which saves me on mulch costs, labor on my poor old back, and it looks pretty great too. He even offered to quickly grind a very small stump left from a small tree I’d removed myself saying it really didn’t take him any time that would throw off his schedule.

At a time when good customer service is getting harder to find these guys are truly an example of what every company should strive for.

We needed a tall tree removed from our backyard close to the house. The work done by crew at S.B. Tree Service Cincinnati was wonderful from start to finish. They took the time on sight to confirm what we needed done, to answer any questions, advise on the various trees in our yard ,and explain every step of the process. The tree was removed safely, and without any damage to our house or unavoidable damage to our yard. It was truly an exciting project to watch. The team doing the work was friendly, professional, and fun to work with. The company even included a veteran's discount and a fair price.

Simon and his guys gave me great advice about the 100+ ft tall dawn redwood in my yard, and using the air spade to expose the root structure was a great idea to help me figure out what to do with the adjacent retaining wall. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for professionals who obviously have a real affinity for trees and a respect for the long-term health of the landscape they're working in.
