If we can give Anthony and this crew (two person job). 20 + stars, we would. I did a Google search on emergency tree removal service and God lead me to Anthony's company. Me and my spiritual parents are so grateful we met Anthony. Very professional and reasonable in cost for the work. He and his partner were done within 4 hours including the stump, tree removal, and cleaned up. Also, we called Anthony around 8a in the morning and was out to the house within an hour for a quote and within a week to do the work. Please please support his business. Trust you won't regret it. God Bless you and your company! Pam (Pleasant Ridge)

The team at The Forest City Tree Service took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I was well-informed about the entire process. Their transparency was highly valued.

WOW, are they expensive!! DO NOT use them. Really you need to get competitive bids. I worked with Bartlett Arborist on laying out the job to trim my overgrown branches (no tree removal). Their proposal was based on 32 hours on it (2 days x 2 arborists). They submitted a contract for $7, 098 ! That comes out to $221 per hour !! That did include the bucket truck and removal fees of trimmed branches. The original bid was $6,000 but before I signed the contract, I then went over the job again with the same scope, and they increased the bid another $1,000, yet Bartlett was not sure that they needed the time, but did not offer the $1000 as contingency.

I did get a bid from another Reputable Company here in Cincinnati at a cost of $95 per hour + $500 equipment charge + 500 disposal charge. Also 2 men for 2 days. The competitor total submitted was $4,040. Major savings of $3,058 ! No way would I use Bartlett! I looked them up on the web. Bartlett is a big company, the only way I can figure these numbers make sense is that they have a lot of corporate overhead or other special costs or require higher margins.

At $6,000, the original bid I received, I was going to use them, and pay the premium since I had a good interaction with the sales person, But, when the sales person came back and tacked on another $1,000 before we signed off, I said to myself this is outlandish. Their work can't be $ 3,000 better ! The competitor that I will now give the job to are Arborists, and after all the work is straightforward: trimming some branches off the trees and that does not require special skills or special cranes or anything. Just a bucket truck.

There is no excuse for such a large gap in pricing vs their competitor with both doing exactly the same scope of work. Caveat Emptor !

Everyone at Bartett's is very professional, well-prepared, kind, and takes safety seriously. We had a 60 foot tree removed that was very close to our house and the power line and we felt very safe during the whole removal. They cleaned up nicely and we will call them again for any tree services that we need.

THE BEST TREE Service by far we have used, and we have used multiple including MT Airy and Davey. We had five bids on both projects at my two properties, and they were close to the cheapest but were not the most affordable but very close. Estimate people showed up ahead of schedule A++ the workers showed up on the day they were supposed to and again also early A+++. The work performed was perfect and accurately as quoted in the bid. Cleanup and care A+++.
We would recommend to anyone and will be our go-to on all tree work in future wish I had found them before.

Bartlett did everything they said they were going to do from coming on site to provide a quote, scheduling the work, completing the job to cleaning up the work site. Their customer service and response to inquiries was exceptional. Bartlett met all of our expectations. When we need assistance with our trees in the future, we will definitely give them a call.

I was very happy with their professionalism and safety. I worked with Alex, Fest, and Brett. They stacked the wood as asked, answered my questions, cleaned up well, and were just nice. I have never left a google review prior to this and unlikely to in the near future. very happy with those guys from Bartlett.

Guy Fortner came out to give me an estimate on a fallen hackberry tree and also 2 hackberry trees still standing in the back of my yard. Guy was so professional and very kind. He gave me a quote but would not be able to send a team until November or December. One of the standing trees was already showing rot about half way up the tree. So, I found another tree service who could come the next day and take down the trees, so I went with them. I can tell you that they were not as friendly, professional and were very hard to understand.
I would recommend Bartlett Tree Experts to anyone and if I have any future issues with trees, I will call Bartlett. They are very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional all in one.

We needed a pear tree trimmed that was between 2 houses and very hard to access. They used a bucket truck and Enrique did a fantastic job of cutting and shaping the tree. He really knew how to maneuver that bucket !

Tree looks great, they cleaned up nicely.

I would highly recommend Bartlett to anyone.

One of many mature/irreplaceble trees on the property ( and a significant contributor to the character of the landscape ) was exhibiting a potential failure to a large section which would have prompted either the tree to be totally removed or significantly altered. Bartlett was able to properly cable/brace in order to assist in the preservation and healing of the tree. The cabling/bracing is practically undetectable. It is a mature tree well worth preserving. My contact with all at Bartlett was a pleasure being able to speak with knowledgeable tree arborists/experts concerned as well with preserving the beauty and architectural stature of the tree.

We hired Bartlett to trim 2 large trees. I found them to be a very professional organization from the beginning thru the completion of work. Nothing was let for me to clean up. Work was completed in a timely and very satisfactory manner. The individuals we dealt with were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bartlett trimmed two large trees for us. They did an excellent job on both. The workers were very professional and responded to questions and requests promptly and courteously. They cleaned up very well and left the areas cleaner than the original condition. Overall, a great job at a reasonable price. Can recommend easily.

The tree crew was incredibly professional and courteous of our needs as a preschool. They were conscious of our pick-up and drop-off times and even let us know before turning on their chipper since it can be loud. I would highly recommend this company looking to get any tree work done!

Great service! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a tree that was doing poorly. Bartlett diagnosed the problem and treated the tree. The tree is healthy and thriving. I would trust Bartlett with all my landscape needs. Thank you.

Bartlett Tree Experts pruned five (5) of my Bradford pear trees yesterday. And they did a wonderful job in removing damaged branches, prevented crowding, and crossing of limbs, while maintaining the desired shape and size of the trees. My neighbor also thought that the trees afterwards looked fantastic. They are a good company; in fact, experts in pruning, using the proper equipment, to reduce the risk of branch splitting and falling, destroying the tree, which is a common structural problem of Bradford pear trees. I appreciated their work and expertise.

Contacted Bartlett Tree Experts to evaluate an established ash tree showing signs of stress. Testing for root rot came back positive in August 2024 but they've given me the run around and been poorly responsive since then about starting a treatment. Have been promised dates on several occasions but no one showed up and received no communication.

Arborist, Peyton Johnson, came to my residence and examined my Rose Hill Ash. It is 45 years old and was horribly out of shape. She made recommendations for pruning the tree and getting it back into shape. She gave a very fair and reasonable estimate. The Bartlet crew showed up on time and did an expert pruning job. The best pruning this tree has received. While they were there, I had them prune a 45-year-old magnolia. Again, the price was extremely fair and reasonable. They completely cleaned up the site. I'm a fan!

These guys are real professionals in tree care. We had 2 large dead trees that presented a safety hazard on our property. Our Bartlett rep, Rick Towe arranged a visit very quickly. The guys who showed up were well-trained professionals. They had the right gear, the right expertise to solve this problem safely and with great care toward other trees and landscaping. What a relief!
