I have been a customer of Bartlett Tree for 4 years now. Guy Fortner is extremely knowledgeable and saved my 16 plus Arborvitae tree/Green Giants when a "Lawncare" company claimed they had arborist on staff. The trees were almost killed by that company. Guy came out and assessed our poor trees and saved every one of them. The crew for the tree service are so good at what they do. All our trees have never looked better. Bonus, their price is way way better than the imposters who took no responsibility for what they did.

I recently had Guy provide his opinion on some tree pruning for our Magnolia Tree, River Burch, and others. Suggested cabling for our Gum tree--glad, he pointed out the V growth and saved it from splitting in the future.

The crew was on time, so professional and polite. They did excellent work, and we are so pleased with the outcome. The Magnolia has never looked so good and "balanced." Clean up was perfect, nothing left behind, and even our grass looked better!!

The professionalism and knowledge of a true arborist are priceless. Bartlett never disappoints.

Their work is always of very high quality. This time they did work for me that I didn’t think was possible. Removal of some very large, dead branches above my swing set. They used ropes and climbed up 30+ feet and removed these branches safely without damaging anything on the ground. Very well done!

I hired Bartlett to do some pruning of my lovely Japanese maples and several other trees. They did a beautiful job! It turned out even better than I hoped. I would feel very confident in hiring them again.

Efficient, respectful, and detail oriented company! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Bartlett Tree Experts. We had two large trees needing pruning. Rick Towe led an amazing experience from the beginning! He came to inspect our tress, provide estimates, and help with scheduling. He listened to our concerns well, and I could tell he cared very much about our house. We felt comforted and invested in. We were equally impressed with the arborists/climbers who performed the work. Our trees were pruned at two separate times and both experiences were top notch. The team, first and foremost, was very kind. Again, this company has great humans that actually listen to our concerns. They worked swiftly, efficiently, and still prioritized safety. They disposed of all material, cleaned the areas well, and left the yard looking great. I feel it is rare these days to work with kind, patient, and efficient people who truly care and seem happy with their job. I could not be more grateful!

Appreciate the team at Bartlett! They did a wonderful job trimming two of our trees leaving them in great shape with plenty of clearance to our driveway and house. They look fantastic and worked quickly, cleaning up our yard thoroughly as if they'd never been here. We're grateful and definitely recommend!

8/29-8/30/24 service. I contracted with Bartlett Tree Service to remove 3+ gigantic pine trees on my property line. Our neighbor would not permit access, so Bartlett had to "climb" and "dismember" the trees in place. The team did a 5+ star job. No issues, exactly as contracted, no lawn damage, no property damage and no neighbor issues. Their pricing was competitive for a "climb" job. I would definitely use them again. This the kind of job not to use "Sam with a saw".

I’ve been using Bartlett for several years to manage the health of our trees. Without exception, I have found the staff to be friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable! Going forward, I will continue using Bartlett .

We have a weeping cherry tree that was in severe distress. Joshua came out looked the tree over and took a soil sample. The tree was treated and pruned and has returned to full health.
We have also had a maple tree treated and it looks much better already.
I would recommend their services to everyone.

Bartlett Tree experts did a wonderful job on our trees and shrubs. From removing dead limbs, pruning a large tree, cleaning up branches on a huge pine tree, and removing 3 sand cherries. Brian and his crew did exactly what we had talked about, everything was cleaned up, and the guys were very friendly. We had two neighbors already come out to schedule business with them. Highly recommend!

I continue to be very pleased with my decision to hire Bartlett Trees to treat the health of some of my largest trees and I highly recommend them. They are reliable, consistent and of most importance, they have been successful.

Guy came out to our property to look at a failing tree. He was the only one out of 3 companies that didn't immediately say to cut it down. We are treating according to his recommendations. Tree is not "out of the woods", but it has a fighting chance. He is knowledgable and treatment is reasonably priced. So happy we called Bartlett.

Guy is a ISA Board Certified Master Arborist and presented a wealth of knowledge about the care of our trees and shrubs, symptoms to watch for in case our trees are sick, awareness of new insects that are invading & damaging our trees/shrubs as well as how to prune. Based on Guy's expertise, I would feel very confident in using Bartlett Tree Experts for future tree health needs.

Bartlett Tree Experts was at our home recently to trim some branches of two trees and remove another tree that had died. The three man crew who came for the service was the best we have ever had on our property. They worked around some constraints with no complaints, completed all of the work even thought the weather was less than ideal, and left our property in perfect condition. Not one scrap of debris was left behind. We were beyond impressed with the service! Thank you Bartlett!

We have two very large trees in the back yard that needed to be trimmed away from the house, and another large oak tree that needed dead branches removed. Bartlett’s crew are all professional tree climbers. With their expertise and the bucket truck, they were able to trim the offending branches, with no damage to bushes and plantings below. They also shaped the trees so they do not appear to be pruned. They cleaned up every bit of debris. I love the the work they did for me! The three trees look fresh and beautiful again! Bartlett tree company took down a large river birch in a tight area. The 3man crew did a fantastic job. They were very polite and friendly and did everything I asked and more. I couldn’t ask for better service from guy Fortner or the workers. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We have used them 4 different times over 20 years and have never had a complaint or problem. We highly recommend them .They even stacked the cut wood neatly for my neighbor. Great Job by everyone

Well, i didnt get email since i couldn't access for a while, but these guys did exactly what was conveyed to me. They left absolutely no trace of scraps anywhere. They left only footprints in the snow! I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree servicing. My tree looks awesome! Thank you Bartlett.

Bartlett provided valuable feedback on the health of an 80 year old oak in our front yard. Their arborists inspected old cuts for any possible decay, and trimmed branches that were hanging over our house to keep the tree and our house healthy and beautiful for years to come. The estimator and workers were respectful, easy to communicate with, and friendly. The experience was great and our home looks better and feels safer!

I contacted Bartlett about a huge red oak in our yard that we feared was dying. Guy contacted me the day before coming out to detail what he would do and the possible scenarios. He then promptly called after inspecting our tree and gave me his assessment in a very understandable way. There was no "sales pitch" or sensationalizing of the issue.
