This company made TWO appointments with me for which I took off of work to be home for and they NO SHOW/NO CALL on both- and when I texted and called back and asked just to please let me know what was going on, are you still going to come- NEVER responded.

Best service in town. Not pushy and free estimates can be provided without me being at home.

Got an estimate and now they won't even return my calls. So using a different service to get work done.

Couldn't get past the phone service guy. Maybe it's me but not sure about the requirements on a phone call return, to set a inspection time.

Gave me an estimate and was told they would call me back to set up an apt and never did. I've called them 4 times, and still they have not returned my calls...horrible customer service and reliability.

Professional service at a great value. Great job cleaning up after the work was completed. We would definitely use their services again

They have taken down and trimmed several trees in our yard. Always friendly and reasonably priced.

Update: October 2018. Called 3 times for a new project and they never called me back.

Buckeye does a great job. I had 3 medium sized trees taken out, they ground the branches & stumps, raked everything up & didn't leave a thing behind for me to clean up. All in one afternoon.

03/01/2020: Called this morning about a tree limb needing removed. Was told someone would call me back later in the morning. Received a callback saying they'd come out about 2pm to take a look. Waited until almost 3:30 and called the main number to ask what was going on. I was told they might be running behind from a previous appointment and that someone would get in contact with me. I understand things come up but the professional thing to do, especially after about 15-30 minutes, would be to call again and tell the person waiting for you that you're going to be late and give an updated time so they can decide if they want to continue waiting or not. Moving on...

Bizzarro company that comes out to give free quotes, but won't return calls when you want to pay them to come do a service. I've had the same experience at others who have recently left reviews. I've called them 3 times to schedule their services and they won't call back.

4 stars because communication was lacking (seems to be a common theme from other reviews). But once you get a hold of them and get them out they do great work. Even cleaned up other branches and items from the yard that weren't from them. Would be 5 stars if not for the difficulty to get them to call back.

They showed up on time 5 workers, very professional and hard at work to get the job done. Trimmed a very tall Oak, and 4 maple trees. Hauled away the rubbish and cut the wood gor our fireplace. Highly recommend and the price was very reasonable.

Good work, reasonable prices and on time. Respectful of property when removing and trimming trees. We have used their services for years. Recommend.

Had a 60 foot healthy tree fall down after some heavy rains and landed on my roof, deck and pergola. Called in the morning after the tree fell, they had a cancellation and stated that they would be right over. Arrived in just a few minutes, assessed the damage and gave me a quote that was reasonable. Work started right away and when they left fours later you couldn't tell there was any tree removal work done. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Buckeye Tree Service. This is my second time using them. They did a great job cutting down and cleaning up!!! Very reasonable as well.

Prior comments are correct in the fact they take a little bit to get back to you, however for me it was mostly due to them being out of town. They are very reasonably priced and didn't try to throw in any extra gimmicks to upgrade the price. They did exactly what they quoted and a little more once they started the job, realizing there were a few more dangerous branches. They even cleaned up branches that had been laying in our yard that we didn't have the machinery to chop down ourselves for yard waste pickup. I'm very impressed with their quality and friendliness. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!

This is a great small business. Great prices, great character people. Please support local business. Joe was so responsive and professional. He is definitely a true professional and very handsome 🙂, there are many things awesome about this company. Don’t waste your time or money with the big guys. Trust the small companies that work and live in your neighborhood.

We had a tree fall that was impeding traffic on our road. They were here with an estimate the day I called, and did the job the next morning. Great quality at a fair price.
