Back's Tree Service has done a good job of controlling Emerald Ash Borer infestation of my Ash tree. There services have increased over the years to include other services, The people that work here really know their job and offer sound advice!

The previous owners of our home used Back Tree Service for ash borer treatment a few years ago so I attempted to give them repeat business. The first time I called it was the late fall and understandably advised it was too late in the season to schedule an appointment, however, I would be on their call list to schedule in the spring. Come late April I never received a call so I called again to request an appointment but was told the scheduler was out of office that day and I would receive a call back the next day. A few days passed and I called back. I was again advised I would receive a call "soon" to confirm a scheduled date. Two weeks later I called back and was again advised they would get back to me within a week or two. It's now been nearly six weeks since I attempted to schedule an appointment with no confirmation or response. I fully understand if they're overbooked, understaffed, or if my home is now outside their normal service area, but never receiving a scheduling confirmation or communication is frustrating and unprofessional. All I needed was some communication and reassurance I wasn't being forgotten about as a client. I moved on and made an appointment with another local company that has been immediately responsive.

We have worked with Tim and his team for years. He is an expert arborist and has saved our ash trees. This year we embarked on a major project to have our wooded back yard cleared and many new trees planted. It was a large, complicated project due to the grade of our yard. We absolutely love the finished project and wouldn't have entrusted it to anyone but Tim!

I have been using Back Tree for many years and have always received outstanding service. Because of their efforts I am one of the few people left that still have live Ash trees in my back yard. I live in Dayton and they come to help me at no extra cost. I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable and professional crews. Back Tree Service has provided us with several different services over the years ranging from tree pruning to transplanting of large trees to injection fertilization - all very well done! Tim Back and everyone in his organization have been first class to work with and are very knowledgeable arborists.

This company did a great job removing 2 large tree branches overhanging our roof and cleaning up afterwards. They trimmed in so the tree would look good and recover from having the limbs cut off. Nina in the office was very responsive via email and answered all of my questions

Older man with glasses driving erratically in Westchester, and then on to 75 s swerving in and out of all lanes, almost clipped several cars… if this was the owner, then shame on you. If not, I would highly consider this person’s employment.

I have been a Back Tree customer for several years. Requesting service is made easy with the efficient office staff. They listen and have a good understanding of what is needed. The crew comes on time, works efficiently, addresses the problem professionally and cleans up all work areas. They I highly recommend Back Tree Company.

Had Back Tree remove a dying Ash tree that hung over the back corner of our house. They brought a huge crane in, had a guy climb up the tree and cut it up piece by piece. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

Legacy cleaned 3 of our Locker rooms and did an amazing job. We will use them again.

GSF does a great job keeping our facilities looking good. They are very responsive anytime we have an issue pop up and make sure it gets resolved.

After hearing they only "WANT A MEXICAN" at certain locations to clean DO NOT WASTE TIME (sure learn to pay attention to people on headsets/phones Ms MANAGER!!)

Very interesting company. I would say they are a little racist. They do hire other cultures and yes promote them however they give them the most farthest accounts or the accounts with the worst or lacking decent hours. The pay is pretty much set you will only be given a raise if you take on a bunch of accounts. Typically 3-4 in one day. And you have to drive your car. You don't even get a company car. Sometimes the accounts are close but most times they are. What ever account you take is what your stuck with. You can not transfer. You have to be stuck where you are. They have no other ethnic groups working in the office. It is all whites only. Accounts have a high turn over and the company is struggling to gain solid accounts that last more the 2 hours bringing in only a net growth of $130-$165 bi weekly.

Edit after company response- you can’t find my name in your system because it’s under my wife’s name. And the “no caller ID” call I got was most definitely from your company, a woman, and I told her I was at work, and she told me to call back when I did have the time. I told her she called from a blocked number so there was no way for me to even call back, so she gave me the company’s number to call back.

I expressed interested, but ultimately decided against it. Since then, they’ve called multiple times a day, even going as far to call from a BLOCKED NUMBER to get me to answer. Honestly it’s borderline harassment at this point.

We love our new larger gutters and leaf guards. They work perfectly and look beautiful. They enhance the look of our home and increased the value.
