Took our tree down in less than four hours from setup to clean up, left our yard exactly as asked, did great work. The word I'd use to sum it up is impressive.

Chris was super fast to respond when a major tree limb came down inches from the house over the weekend. Given its issues, we worked out a price and scheduled the removal for the following week and it all went as planned. Chris, Melissa, and the whole Maxwell team were incredibly professional and were able to take down the entire 50+ foot tree in a few hours, navigating deftly around power wires just feet on either side. I'd highly recommend Maxwell if you want the job done right!

I reached out to Chris about removing a large maple tree in our back yard and trim back two other trees and heard back from him the same day. His ability to communicate with his customers is second to none, I never had to question at any point of the job when he would be arriving or working at my property, This was truly refreshing. Our trees were hovering over our house and we had concerns they could cause damage if they fell. We were looking to have our large tree removed quickly and the Maxwell team carefully and quickly dropped them without a problem.

Once the tree was down, they meticulously cleared away all of the limbs and brush, even removing some tree debris I had accumulated over the last year. Everything was chipped and was was loaded onto trucks and hauled away. Our yard was raked and blown clean and virtually no signs remained on the ground that the trees were serviced. They even blew off the saw dust that fell on the roof and cleared out the gutters. This attention to detail was truly impressive.

We had a tree that was going to fall if someone sneezed too close to it. Chris came out quickly, took my budget into account and gave me a more than fair price to do the job. I called Maxwell‘s for an estimate to trim some limbs from my neighbor’s huge oak tree (neighbor doesn’t own the house, they rent) that was looming over and touching my roof. Chris came out, gave me a fair price on the spot and thoroughly explained what he would trim. Chris and Michelle's team went above and beyond with our tree trim service today on three white oaks, each over 50' tall, and a small maple. The trees were growing out of balance and the canopy on each tree was sagging under their own weight and lack of air flow. In addition to raising the canopy for future healthy growth (not into my roof), the Maxwell's team dead-wooded each and removed any potential problems before they could be seen from the ground.

The job was completed same day (less than a week after our estimate) and while the team was working quickly, it was clear that safety was top of mind. Their great teamwork was evident and they made sure our ground plants and raised beds were untouched by the work. Our small yard did not create an easy working environment but that was a non-factor for these professionals.

Lastly, upon arriving home after the service, it was immediately clear that cleanup was a priority for Maxwell's as you would be hard pressed to see that any crew was on the property at all; just expertly trimmed and cared-for trees which are decades older than our 1918 home sitting in their shade. It was a great experience getting to make our old trees happy & healthy again, and it goes without saying that I will be a Maxwell's customer for life. I feel lucky to have these professionals nearby and to have landed on a team that truly cares for the trees they are servicing.

Had a tree badly damaged by high winds and needed it removed asap. Chris responded immediately and he and his crew were onsite within hours. Never seen such a well organized and efficient crew. Got everything done (tree cut done, stump ground, removal ) ) in short order and left the job site clean! Couldn’t asked for a better outcome.

We had a few Hackberry trees about 75 feet tall, close to and leaning heavily towards our house that another service was not interested in removing. I called Maxwell's for an estimate, and Chris and Michelle stopped by, quoted a price and scheduled the work. On the day scheduled, they and their crew arrived on time, were dressed professionally and brought all the needed equipment to do the job right. Chris, Michelle and their crew worked efficiently throughout the day and when done, cleaned up every bit of the brush and debris in the yard. I found Chris and Michelle to be personable, courteous and professional. I will be sure to call them again when the need arises.

Chris came out on a dime and gave me an excellent estimate within an hour of me inputting for an estimate for 3 giant trees and 1 to be trimmed close to my house and neighbors houses. Chris came out a few weeks later and cut them down and dragged everything off the same day within 7 hours. Chris and Michelle were amazing people with so much honesty you don’t see that with a lot of companies nowadays. I recently had the pleasure of working with Maxwell’s Tree Service to tackle the daunting task of trimming a large mulberry tree in my backyard. This was no small feat, given that the tree towers over three stories high, and the lack of machinery access required the trimming to be done entirely by climbing. I had Maxwell’s Tree Service take down a very large chestnut oak tree that was straddling a bunch of cable/power lines in between my and my neighbors’ houses. It was beginning to drop limbs and become an overall hazard. They went above and beyond, and their process was really impressive to watch.

Chris showed up promptly for a quote, and then scheduled the removal exactly a week later. Entire tree taken down and yard/roof cleaned up in a matter of hours. Their quote was the best deal for what they provide.

As a first time home buyer, they were really empathetic and transparent about the overall process and helped me set aside some wood to keepsake (even cut up some slices for me to make coasters out of, thank you again Chris!)

I had a dead tree in my front yard for a while. I started to worry about it safety so I contacted several local tree service companies. The quickest most polite service was from Maxwell Tree Service.

They were out within five hours. The next day the tree was gone within one hour. They cleaned up the site. They saved the baby squirrels and took care of them rather than just throwing them in a shredder or something like someone else might.

The entire crew was courteous and kind. They were working very hard and even helped with some work that I randomly brought up while they were there.

Chris and Michele and their team did an amazing job on our precarious tree situation! They got to us quickly, explained everything, and were very kind and professional. They were referred to us but still assured us of their experience and track record and shared their insurance documentation. We had them take down a few trees and trim a few others, left all wood stacked on site ready to chop for fire wood and left the wood chipper chippings for playground area.
