Good job. Corey and Pete were a great team on site and very careful to protect the foliage around the house. The 3 year warranty and discounted price were helpful selling points. The company is expanding in the Lexington area.

Arrived on time and were professional. Did a good job and for a reasonable price given the size of our driveway. Also we loved how quick the sealer was able to dry so that we could walk or drive on our driveway right away again.

Days before Cincinnati Pressure Wash came out to clean the siding of my condo, other neighbors were taking on the job themselves to cleaning their sidings with pressure washers, hoses, and brushes. The results of
their cleaning the siding showed they got it somewhat cleaner to pass the
inspection, but left the siding looking dull, along with lots of spots where
they used a brush.
The one thing that I liked about Cincinnati Pressure Wash was that I
didn't have to re-arrange my schedule, or have a family member be there when they got there. Another thing that was great with them, I called them and got an appointment 2days after calling them. But the Best
part of it was when I was driving down the street, the day they did the
cleaning, and my siding faces the street, I was stunned and said, "WOW,
Oh my gosh I can't believe how white it is, and how much better it looks then the other neighbors that did it themselves!" Even coming home
after dark, when my headlights hit the siding it looks so good!
My condo association recommended a different company, but when I
went online to look at all companies in this field, I went with them
because of their reviews from past customers, along with pictures they
took of the jobs they did. I am very pleased with Cincinnati Pressure Wash
and would recommend them to anyone for this kind of work.
The only thing I would have liked to be different is that when you go to
pay the bill online, that you would have Paypal as an option. I just don't
like using cards online to pay bills.

They did a good job but not a great job. First, they parked in my driveway and had to unhook their hoses when I had to leave about 15 mins after they came - when the website video says they park on the street so I figured I didn't have to ask them. They missed a few areas - I had several of my front porch spindles on my railing that were still moldy, I have bird droppings on my second floor in the back of the house, and dirt under my side window by my electrical boxes. I called and scheduled for them to come back out the following Monday. It rained and I never got a call or had anyone come out. On Thursday of that week I called back to ask what had happened - no reason was given and Frank said they would be out after 3pm that day. When I was away they came and cleaned my porch spindles but never even addressed my other 2 areas. Normally my husband pressure washes our house but I decided to have it done this time by someone else who might be able to do a more thorough job. Lesson learned - don't pay till they come back and get it right! ***** I have to add an additional comment - After calling and talking to Tyler (very polite and responsive to the customer's needs) someone returned to my home and got rid of the bird droppings from the back of my house. Thank you very much Tyler! You are the reason I have now given 5 stars! I will use you in the future and thank you personally for such great customer service!!!

Had a great experience with Pressure Wash Cincinnati. Had a lot of staining from old ivy and some old mold/mildew in some shady areas on my brick. All of that was totally gone when they were finished. The staff was kind and dealt professionally with one of my neighbors who didn't like the smell of their cleaning solution. I'm happy with how it turned out. Thank you!

They are very reasonable for what you get done. They returned and did a 2nd application to get the final mold off my roof. Then couple weeks late they stopped by to see if all was okay and offered to re-spray if needed.
All the workers and office employees were very courteous and they will make sure you are satisfied. Will always use them when needed.

Thomas did a great job on my home and driveway. Months later and my gutters are still clean! It was also great getting the follow-up e-mails making sure I was happy with the services. You will definitely get my business in the future!

Great communication , great price and great service! Our house was in need of a complete cleaning of its vinyl siding. I found a few companies and decided to go with Cincinnati Pressure Washing. Communication from Tyler via email was prompt and thorough. The tech showed up right on time and spent nearly 2 hours doing a fantastic job. Based on my results I will more than likely be hiring them again this coming spring to clean our driveway, sidewalks and roof.

Very easy to schedule online. Our white brick and vinyl siding house was starting to look dirty but now looks brand new (as much as a 70 year old house can!) On time and did a great job! Would definitely recommend to others.

Outstanding job! I would gladly recommend them to any friend. Did excellent work in cleaning white sided house, all windows, and long driveway. House 24 years old looked like new. Windows looked better then any window cleaning service we had used previously. And price was more than fair! Outstanding service excellent value and friendly workers. But the best endorsement that I can give is they made my wife happy with her home.

From the first recorded call reminding me of the annual power wash and offered discount to the reminder emails and the friendly professional guys who came day of service. The service techs had a firm handshake and a friendly smile. They were good at their job and nice to my kids. All was smooth and great experience. The payment email and follow up call was helpful and convenient. You have a good program for communication and kind friendly staff. Thanks for everything. The only detail that could have been improved is on us I think. Some stains from a hay bail would not come out of the concrete and some char from the fireplace stains and planter stains would not come out of the limestone. So I should have sealed earlier to help prevent those stains. Not sure I sealed before this treatment and I bet that would have helped. Anyway thanks and see you next Spring for an annual power wash. Also Gary when you have time let's schedule a consultation for a holiday light estimate. Thanks again. Keep up the great work.

We recently had our house washed and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The house had heavy green buildup on the vinyl siding on the north side and after the pressure wash the siding looks like new. I was amazed at how well they were able to clean it. Scheduling was easy, the crew arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. If you need your house or deck cleaned at a very affordable price, this is the company to call. Highly recommended.
