Shane from Scherzinger pest control came to our home and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Not only did he thoroughly address our pest concerns, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and offered helpful tips to prevent future issues.

Shane was friendly, punctual, and respectful of our home. Great service can be hard to find, but Shane delivered it in every way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective, reliable, and top-tier pest control.

Our home is on the quarterly pest control plan. It has been Perfect for us. There are woods behind our home so we get some creepy crawlers. We have had the same technician (Jeff) since we started this program. Jeff has been super friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of any situation. The products and Jeff have kept our home bug free.

Great experience with Scherzinger. I have a quarterly maintenance plan, and Travis comes on a regular schedule to take care of my property. He consults with me about any problems I might have noticed and takes into account my treatment preferences. He is available for me to contact if I have questions. Travis is great!

My technician Travis is always friendly and thorough in his work. He communicates in detail the work he does and he advises me of areas on the outside of the home that should be sealed to avoid rodent entry.

Stanley is great! He was very personable, he let me know what all he was going to do during his visit. He informed me that he noticed the top of one of my windows was not all the way closed (which could be the reason why my electric bill is sooo high) so he probably saved me a little on my bill now! Travis did an amazing job as usual. I have used Scherzinger for almost a year now and I will say that I have noticed a huge improvement in overall ant/ bug/ mice negation compared to other exterminators. I will be using these guys as long as I am in the Cincinnati area. Their prices are great and service is backed. Thats a great deal in itself.

Jeff our technician is always so polite and helpful and professional. Even in 2 feet of snow today! He went the extra mile and brought up my trashcans from the street! He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding ladybugs with solutions. He is great!

Gunner has to be the best and most knowledgeable tech Scherzinger has. He knows every single thing about every bug there is and informs me of anything he finds on every visit. Last year he spotted all the tiniest little places ants were getting in and took care of them. He also lets me know preventative measures I can take that I had no idea about. He’s super nice and personable, hoping he stays on my route for years!

Travis is great. He keeps us updated on treatments, always calls to let us know timing. He's polite and respectful of our property and time. Travis remembers our original issues, and makes sure to check on them every time.And, he does a great job overall.

Keyonta is now our new tech. Although we had our old tech for a while and was worried about change but Keyonta slid right into his role for us beautifully. Super nice guy and very informative and thorough. Happy to have him on our home maintenance team. Thank you!

After 2 yrs of switching to Sherzinger, I continue to be extremely pleased with Diane’s service. She has helped me resolve several issues - ants, spiders and wasp nests. She is always responsive, follows-up quickly, and resolves any issues the first time. I appreciate her and the high quality of service she provides.

We recently changed our Pest Control Service to Scherzinger at at Hillebrand Nursing and Rehab Center. Our tech Caleb is very professional, timely and explains each steps of what he is doing. The overall services provided are better and more than our previous provider. We are very happy with the service and wish we would have switched to Scherzinger sooner.

We have gotten incredible service from Scherzinger from day 1 moving into our house that is right by the woods. Our issues with some bad spiders and ants were taken care of and followed upon. Corbin just serviced us for our quarterly maintenance and was very thorough and gave us some great explanations on how to handle things. His love of bugs is definitely a reason why he is so good at what he does.
