Was more than satisfied. Dan made a few calls and was able to secure a second technician so they were able to repair and replace my door and frame the same day! I no longer see outside from the bottom or side of door! Very polite, explained everything even cleaned up.

Greg did a really great job for us. Everything completed and cleaned up in one day. Arrived promptly at 8 am as promised. Greg immediately pointed out a problem with the light fixture I had purchased so we made a quick switch. What would have been a hard job for is now complete.

Jason of Mr. Handyman was cordial, did a variety of tasks that ranged from RO System replacement, garbage disposal replacement, replaced a piece on my microwave & put replaced several window well coverings.
He did a great job & was so polite & diligent though out the process.
I would highly recommend, Jason & Mr. Handyman.

Mason did a great job fixing an assortment of things in my home. Upgraded electrical outlets to 3 prong, replaced an old porch post, fixed some falling soffets, and reinforced a curtain rod. He was super helpful providing options along the way and I will certainly request him again in the future!

We reached out to Mr. Handyman to do some drywall repair after fixing a leak in our basement. They were very friendly from initial contact to the work being done, to include being very cognizant of my availability.

When Mario came out to assess the job he gave me quotes for different job set-ups that met my needs, allowing me to settle on the best choice for me. He was personable with our kids, and walked the house with me for other issues I was thinking of addressing.

When the day came for the actual repair work, their tech Bryan was very professional, making sure to way shoe covers and ensuring that the work area stayed clean. Bryan did a good job in a short turn around time and we couldn't be happier with the work.

I would use Mr. Handyman in the future without a doubt.

We had a downspout that had detached from the gutter up at the roof line after the recent snow and ice. Mike fixed the issue quickly and added an additional bracket to prevent this from happening again in the future. Quality work!

We had an excellent experience working with this company. While the project initially began with a different technician, we noticed some issues and brought them to the team’s attention. Mario and Marko promptly came out to inspect the work and immediately recognized it didn’t meet the high standards their company is known for.

To make things right, they sent Greg and Jeff a couple of weeks later—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Greg and Jeff arrived right on time and didn’t leave until the job was done to perfection. They worked tirelessly for 11 hours to ensure everything was completed correctly and to our satisfaction. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive.

We’re incredibly grateful for the team’s commitment to standing behind their work and making sure the final result exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much—we will absolutely be using your services again in the future!

Dale was awesome!! We would highly recommend Dale from Mr. Handyman. He was prompt, considerate, and did great work running electric to hang a new TV where we didn't have one before. He also cleaned up after himself.

Where do I begin?

These folks have a program where they reach out to veterans in need of home improvement/repair projects and do them on their "day of service" program action. Inspired by their founder and late owner, Steve who started the program, Kyle his son, continued the program forward and chose to help me and my family.

From beginning to end with overlooking our home repair needs to setting up/scheduling the repairs, they were very professional. On the day of the repairs, Mike came out early ahead of the forecasted rain and replaced our 22 year old mailbox post that was falling apart. He also repaired a downspout that wasn't on the list that had apparently came apart from the last storm. Finally Mike had repainted our dining/foyer room ceiling that has stains from a water leak that originated from one of the problem toilets they were replacing that day.

Dan came out along with Mike and tackled changing out/replacing the two upstairs toilets (which were also original to the 2003 home build). He also changed out the light fixture (shop light type) with a new one we had purchased to change it out. Finally, Dan had fixed the draw face that fell off and needed epoxied.

We could not have been more grateful for their services. In a world where we are doing what we can to help others in our nonprofit, it was such a relief to get help where we unfortunately needed it. Thank you is an understatement, we are forever grateful of Mr. Handyman of Greater Cincinnati and their crews for helping us when we needed it the most.

Greg came to our door at the scheduled time. He arrived with a smile on his face and all the tools he needed for the job. He did cabinet work for us in our newly remodeled bathroom. Jerry and I highly recommend him and his professionalism.

I have been using Mr. Handyman for a while and I have never been disappointed. Friendly. Punctual. In and out in a reasonable amount of time and do a nice job. Dan was neat and cleaned up his workspace, leaving it better than when he found it. He found other things wrong and fixed them on the spot. Great job, Dan! So why only four stars?
I did not know that there was a haul away fee. This is something that should be part of the estimate anyway. I always thought that was assumed for any sort of house maintenance services and activities. Never known house painters to leave their stuff laying around after a job. Eh, my fault, I guess. Be sure to ask for this before giving your approval if you do not want a piece of worthless junk laying around in your garage because you were too cheap to pay for removal.
Having the 3% credit card charge really rankles me. I understand why it has to be charged by the business. Just another way for the banks to make a few bucks for nothing off of hard working people. I am not prone to leaving cash around the place and have almost forgot what a check is in this age of plastic debit cards. Pay with cash or a check if you want to avoid this add-on price. If you don't have paper checks, well...get some. They are friendly.
Overall, a quality company and I will use them again as needs arise. Thanks for another job well done.

Dale did a great job. He’s very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and pricing was fair. I would definitely use this company again for future projects.

Mr. Handyman was very responsive at communicating about my appointment. The service man did an excellent job of re-caulking my shower stall at the bottom of the wall where the tiles meet the top of the shower pan. Now I feel confident that there is a tight seal that also looks good.

Dale was very professional, knowledgeable, great personality and completed the task in a timely manner while remaining efficient. I plan on using him again in the near future.

Jeff & David came to fix a desk cabinet in our studio and they did an amazing job! They were on time, super speedy, and obviously knew what they were doing -- it looks great! So appreciative of their service!

I had a few items that I could not handle. Jason helped with all of them. He was efficient, professional and a real pleasure to meet. I appreciated his skillset and range of experience. He exceeded my expectations and I will request him again.

On February 6th a friend of ours, Nancy didn't have any water in her trailer, Mr. Router told us to call Mr. Handyman, after they a
had replaced her drainage pipes, since they didn't do heat tape. Omar, from Mr. Handyman
called us and said he would be here within an hour. He drove from Cincinnati to Dayton in a snowstorm, to where he couldn't even see, but he still showed up! He worked for hours under her trailer, to put heat tape on her pipes. He stayed in contact with us explaining every step that he did. He even contacted me the next day, since Nancy still thought she was having issues, but everything was fine. Omar was very pleasant and helpful. He made Nancy feel very comfortable, since we couldn't be at the trailer with her. I would recommend Mr. Handyman and their tech Omar you're ever looking for anyone to do any electrical work for you. Chris and Omar came to repair a slow kitchen sink. Very nice repairmen, efficient and replaced undersink pipes full of sediment. They also installed a drain clean-out that every kitchen sink needs. Perfect post repair clean up! My "go to" repair company for over a decade. Always on time. Their truck is frequently in our neighborhood which says alot.
