We have had this company as our service provider for many years and they never disappoint. Great results, fair pricing and very professional. Justin came this week and he did a fantastic job. My friends who use Steamex Eastern agree that they provide great service at a good value.

We used a well known competitor for years, but will never use anyone but Steamex Eastern again. Fair pricing, outstanding customer service, and beautiful, clean carpet after Jeff leaves. I highly recommend, and I'm picky!

Jeff showed up on time, was very polite and personable and did a very good job cleaning my carpets as well as my couch and loveseat. Steamex has always done a good job for the many years that I've had them come to clean. Full disclosure, Jeff and his family have been good friends for many years but I know he would treat everyone well.

We’ve been using Steamex-Eastern for 15 years. We’ve always been pleased with the results. They are easy to work with and always willing to go the extra mile. We feel so comfortable with them they’ve even come when we weren’t able to be home. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Without question, I will use no other rug cleaning service again. Ryan was super friendly, hard working, efficient and just a generally very nice guy all around. Unlike other cleaners, there are no “well, you’ll need THIS chemical for this problem” type sales pitches. Flat rate and you know what you’re getting. My cat’s odor and stain problem is completely gone! Very happy customer here.

We have used Steamex Eastern for over 15 years, after having tried several others. Hands down, the best for expert work, on-time, courteous service! The results are always great! We have had Mike (who recently retired) and last week had Jeff. Same level of super service and results. We highly recommend Steamex Eastern!

This company is wonderful! They gave my a 4-6pm time window and called at 3:30 to say that they were on their way. The consulted with me and gave my suggestions on what they could do and what they recommended, but kept price reasonable. He was easy to work with, professional and the job was so quick! I couldn't believe it. We had some nasty stains that we had tried to remove multiple times with our own carpet cleaners and his work was amazing! The price is incredible and I would recommend to everyone!

I have been using Steamex Eastern for many years and they have never disappointed me. They are professional, personable, quality oriented and trustworthy. I love that they are a family operated small business. My most recent service was to do a move out cleaning. I met Ryan at the house to let him in, went over what was needed, paid with credit card, and ask him to lock door behind him. I never gave a thought to anything “happening” while I wasn’t there because Steamex employees are all trustworthy individuals. When I came back the next day, everything was in perfect order and the carpet looked great!

I've used Steamex for several years and Jeff has always done a fantastic job. The carpet looks great and my house smells so fresh and clean. He also cleaned my couch and loveseat and all stains were removed and they look brand new again. Jeff is always on time and a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommend!!

I called yesterday for a friend who whose husband had just died and we needed to get the carpets cleaned before her grandchildren came into town. The staff were so helpful and arranged for Jeff to come that very afternoon. He was wonderful! Very professional and so helpful. The carpets look like new and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

He came out to clean our carpets yesterday and did a fantastic job.
Took the time early on to explain things to me and then proceeded to work his butt off for over two hours to provide great results. When my wife came home to discover the difference in the carpet, she was equally impressed.
We've had other carpet cleaning companies out for service and they pale in comparison to Steamex Eastern. I wish I had found out about them sooner. Prices were reasonable and the dedication to get things as clean as possible on our older
carpet left us with a "money well spent" experience. Ryan is

company in a stellar way. He's knowledgeable about his craft
and was respectful and thoughtful in describing the work that
was about to take place. He also had a good way about himself with a good sense of humor. In today's world, you're often disappointed in the lack of pride and service provided by companies when they come out to do work in your house.
Not the case with Ryan and Steamex Eastern. It was like going back in time when companies worked hard for your business and did the best they could to do to provide excellent service and went the extra mile to make sure their customers were happy.
