We're in Covington, KY and use Shine for both Christmas lights and more recently, a whole house wash and gutter cleaning. We've been so impressed with the crew, the office's communication, appointment availability and pricing. We've got lots of folks on our street on the Shine bandwagon now too :)

Riley. David, and Robert were knowledgeable and so hard working and personable.
All 12 condos responded to them in kind.
Questions or missed spots were addressed immediate.

Our windows on our 3-story church residence building were filthy. It is so nice to look out of the windows and see them sparkling clean! The serviceman Josh (I believe) was very professional. A pleasure to do business with Shine of Cincinnati.

The technicians were very professional and thorough. After they finished, they asked if everything was ok that they wanted me to be satisfied. They went over a window again that looked like it had a spot. They offered to move the furniture back onto the patio. They cleaned my driveway and patio and washed the outside of my windows.

Having never had my outside windows cleaned since I moved 3 years ago, they were quite dirty. I am on the third floor of an apartment building, so it is not something you do yourself. I randomly found Shine of Cincinnati on Facebook and since I like to support locally businesses, I thought I would give them try. Two of my neighbors wanted their windows cleaned as well.
Hanna from the main office was incredible friendly and easy to work with. She quickly sent me a quote (the price was very reasonable) and we made an appointment.
The two young men that arrived on the day of the appointment were incredible professional and the work they did was beyond our expectations. Both of them did an amazing job cleaning all my windows (some were in a very difficult to reach location) and screens- there wasn't a streak to be seen. I was also most impressed by their professionalism.
They were polite, kind, and treated my windows and screens with the utmost care. The attached picture shows how clean my window was, and you cannot even see the screen !
I will not hesitate to hired these guys again, and will recommend them to all my friends.

The Shine Company was very responsive, I liked the fact that that I could choose how I wanted to be contacted (email, text, phone), I wanted to have my windows cleaned inside and out including the tracks. Shine provided an estimate and we scheduled a date. The Shine employees arrived on time, were friendly, professional and started working right away. My old windows look fantastic!

The Shine team was timely, very professional and did a very thorough job with the services I scheduled: inside/outside window washing including storm windows, gutter cleaning, pressure washing the house. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely call on them again for their services. Zack did a great job with communication with me and I will be requesting him and his team next time!

I hired Shine to pressure wash the outside of my home and to clean all windows, window sills and screens. They did a great job and I highly recommend them. Their 2x employees were professional and polite; great representation of Shine overall.

We are very pleased with the services we received. (Window cleaning, power wash, gutter cleaning) Riley our technician was methodical and thorough. He worked alone, nearly 4 hours completing the job. The windows look great, the areas that were power washed look like when the house was first built! I couldn’t be more pleased!He was responsive to all questions and requests.

I hired shine to clean the gutters on my home based off a 4+ star rating and appearing to be a very reputable company from their website. However, I had a very poor experience with this company and would not recommend them. I had grass and other organic material growing from my gutters which are nearly 3 stories up. The Shine crew showed up to my home on my appointment day, unloaded their ladders, got onto my roof and began leaf blowing. After less than 15 minutes, their ladders were already loaded back up and they were knocking on my door explaining the job was complete and the gutters actually weren’t that bad. I handed them the check and they were on their way. Later that afternoon I noticed some of the grasses were still visible in my gutters. I reached back out to shine (who is very slow to communicate) to let them know my gutters were not cleaned. That is when I finally got in touch with Robert who explained I had gutter guards and that Shine will not remove the guards to clean the inside of the gutters, they will only leaf blow the tops. I didn’t realize I had gutter guards, I purchased the home unknowing, have not been on the roof to see them and they’re not visible from below. At the same time, shine made no mention of not cleaning gutters with guards ahead of time and the technicians made no mention of this either. After a lengthy back and forth, Shine decided they would only refund HALF of my $240 service. A service that I did not receive. I had to hire another company to come out and actually clean my gutters. Shine should do a better job of making it known up front that they won’t clean your gutters if you have any type of guard and their techs should not lie and state they cleaned your gutters when all they actually did was leaf blow your roof, a service I did not request. Don’t let the SHINEy reviews and website fool you, not as reputable as they seem to be.

We recently painted our house, including the windows, once that was done I realized we truly needed to have our windows cleaned! The team that came out was timely and professional, they worked quickly and efficiently. It is amazing how much better our windows look now, they are completely streak free and look like new, which is saying a lot for 100 year old windows. We will have them back again.

Max and his team are very professional and respective of our property. Because of low temperatures and rain, some of the roof fasteners failed and Shine was there in a few hours to fix the issue. Can't say enough good things about their service and support.

Working with Shine was super fast and easy! Our lights look fantastic. I wish the price was a bit cheaper, but in the end worth it!

I was really looking forward to this cleaning after reading all the positive reviews and we recently moved into a house that needed a good window cleaning. I signed up for the whole 9; interior, exterior, screens, and tracks. I also specifically asked about some “stains” in which I was told they would be no problem. So here we go… when the guys got there they said they would not be able to clean the stains I asked about and while I appreciated their upfront honesty this was still a bit of a disappointment as it was an initially outlined point of emphasis. I will say on a positive note the crew was very polite and professional. Moving on… at the end of the cleaning I noticed some spots on a few windows and had them go back and clean which they did and the spots were removed and looked good, unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to go around the whole house as this was a consistent issue. Also after further inspection the track cleaning must have just been a light wiping as they were still very dirty and even still contained some spider webs. Aside from what I thought was a subpar cleaning from a professional cleaning standpoint. Many of the windows that locked were left unlocked, anything that was moved was not put back in place, and a advertising sign was put in my yard without my consent. As this was my first experience with a professional window washing service I guess overall I was just disappointed.

Follow-up: While I stand by my initial review and rating based on my perception of the “final product”. The company did reach out to me after I completed their requested internal feedback with the desire to do anything they could to make it right. I very much appreciated their approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and their desire to complete the job to their high degree of expectations.

I had Shine come and clean my windows inside and out about a month ago and honestly was really unimpressed. The windows were not very clean and in some ways dirty than before. There were a lot of dirty streaks from what i assume was a dirty wet rag on the inside and the outside windows had visible cloudiness. I didnt want to pay to have the inside of my windows become less clean. To be fair the outside of the windows hadnt been clean in at least 5 years but still I felt disappointed based on the price. I guess if it was a cheaper price I would have felt fine but the quality was probably about what I could have done myself or worse. I guess that's what I would expect hiring a company from a mailbox flyer. The guys they sent out were nice enough though that's worth 2 stars

Shine of Cincinnati window washing was absolutely the best! Maurice and Riley did a great job, very professional, respectful and courteous. I was told they also do pressure washing for homes, decks and walk/driveways. I can’t wait to have them back to my home 🏡 holiday lighting.

1 window is off track, and we’d like to have someone see if that can be reconnected.
