This company is in a league of their own! Their three year plan where you pay less years two and three is unparalleled in the industry. Their service was excellent. They set the timers for exactly what we asked for and came out the week they were scheduled to do so even though they are swamped with business. Really really happy with this company!

Awesome! Process from design to installation was incredibly efficient. With only a basic idea of what I wanted they came up with a stunning proposal including pictures of the final design. The final project was even better than expected; truly a show stopper. Even neighbors stopped by to comment how much they are enjoying. Only regret is we didn’t do this in previous years. 5 star service and final product!

We have been living in this house for ten years and love our big dinning room that has one of the walls straight windows. It makes us feel like we are in a tree house, but the problem was the windows were so dirty. We tried everything to clean the windows buying all kinds of tools, but the windows still looked like foggy. I am so glad that I found Shine of Cincinnati. I usually get three quotes before making a decision, but, when I started communicating with Shinenof Cincinnati, I made decision to go with them because it was so hard to get anyone to even come out when I tried finding professional window cleaning last year and I loved the way they were communicating. The crew came on time bringing everything that he needed including water! He worked very skillfully without making a big hassle fast and swift. We couldn’t tell if he was even there. At the end, we saw some spots, he was happy to go back and took card of the spots. I wouldn’t say it’s perfectly spotless, but it hasn’t been as clean as this. We can see outside clearly now. 😊

Very good gutter and window cleaning. I did have to clean what was tracked in from muddy outside and clean dirty water drips on my tile and hardwood floors. Maybe you can use indoor and outdoor shoes, and wipe up drip spots. The windows look great.

They recently put up our Christmas lights and they sent us renderings of what our home would look like and absolutely delivered on exactly what they promised. I reached out about a party I was hosting, hoping to have my lights up before and they assured me that they would be up and they came the very next day! I also got a great follow up to ensure that I loved what they put up. 10/10 would recommend for both window washing and for Christmas lights.

Having my Holiday lights installed by Shine is fabulous! I have a high pitch roof and have always wanted to light up the house but couldn’t convince my husband to climb that high. The crew shows up each year, sets up and installs the lights perfectly. I love their professional work. They are courteous and very efficient. My house looks fabulous. I turn them on as early as I can and they stay up a little later each year. It brings a smile to me and all the people who pass by my home
