Worker was on time. Courtesy Phone call when arrived. Best gutter clean and water flush I have seen in 8 years. They even blew leaves away that had gathered on the sidewalks.

George and his crew did a amazing job. Finally had some rain and the gutters they installed did amazing and have had 0 problems or leaks anywhere.

The work/service was excellent. Our gutters are nice and clean and the worker was very professional. In terms of customer service, I could have done without the pressure of paying for services beyond what I was calling about when I made the appointment. They want to automatically sign you up for their annual plan, and require a credit card on file when scheduling. Some people may appreciate the convenience, but I just wanted my gutters cleaned once without a commitment (or my card on file). Besides the sales pressure, all good.

Antonio and DeShaun ( apologies in advance) came to fix a downspout . Prompt, located the problem, discussed options with me, fixed the downspout quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be happier. 😊

Great communication with technicians on-site. I’m not a fan of the appointment system whereby I have to ask to set the appointment date/time rather than leave it open-ended and wait for them to show up any time. I wanted to be here when they came and it was challenging to get the appointment maker to acquiesce and set an appointment day and time with me. I made a reasonable request and she wanted to spar that point with me. Once the guys did arrive, they gave great service.

Fantastic service. Fast, reliable, and literally leaves the place better looking than when they arrived. 😂 Love that I didn't have to be home for the service. Clean up was neat & tidy in a garbage bag that easily fit in my trash can. Signed up for subscription service and will have them back out later this year. Great pricing, too. No regrets. Give them a call.

The crew that came to my house on July 11 did a fantastic job! Everything looks great and They did a great job of cleaning up. The crew was polite, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Cincy Gutter Boys and the three man crew they sent to my house that day.!

The tech cleaned all of my gutters and my dryer vent. They were very thorough and professional and on time.

They were quick to schedule and complete the work. They used appropriate safety measures. Let me know what other issues to look for on the chimney. The price was only "pretty good," but safe, quick, and helpful do count for something. They even had a real contract, something most Cincinnati companies seem to have trouble with :-) I did not do an annual contract with them to see their work first, but they did an excellent job.

My husband and I were astonished at how quick and efficient Cincy Gutter Boys were! What takes us hours to do on our bi-level house took them literally 10-15 minutes. They even came onto our raised back porch and swept away the fallen debris. All of the debris was then bagged to be taken out with the trash. Additionally, from when I called to schedule, they were able to get us in 1 week later, and they texted when they were on their way to our house. Could not recommend more highly. We will be continuing to use their services all year round for gutter cleaning!

The service was 5 star, I highly recommend them. They were friendly from the start. The person I talked to on the phone to set up the appointment was great and then the team they sent out was phenomenal. The two guys were very friendly and polite, very efficient and quick and did excellent thorough work. Even making sure everything was all cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with Cincy gutter boys from my first phone call to inquire about their services until the completion of the job. Everything was done exactly as I was told it would be done. Each person that I had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. The work done was very good and the crew cleaned up after themselves and took the old gutter with them. Great experience. I’m so thankful for these strong young men with a good work ethic who can wield a tall ladder with ease and climb up to places I shudder to think about going to! They were friendly, professional and did excellent work on a challenging job. I also like the company’s service plans for gutter cleaning, as I have several trees that drop their leaves and seeds in my gutters at various times of the year. I’ll likely try some of their other home maintenance services in the future.

The last thing you want to spend money on are gutters, but necessity called. Cincinnati gutter boys, specifically, George, Adam, and Hayden, were professional, and friendly, and did amazing work. They have cleaned our gutters for a number of years, so we trusted their work. They had me work with Wayde for the quote, he was great, reasonably priced and was complete within a few weeks, as weather permitted.

Shaun and his co-worker did an excellent job installing gutters and downspouts on my old but recently upgraded double garage. I have used them before and will use them again if I ever need them. Highly recommend them
