I had hired them to try and arrange regular cleanings and we started with a deep clean. We did have a lot of trouble with scheduling and had to cancel a cleaning last minute due to an emergency. We paid for a deep clean and still found dusty baseboards and a toilet that was not touched. Multiple surfaces had not been cleaned off. I reached out to the company after to provide feedback but never heard back. Perhaps this was a fluke, but I would not hire them again.

Company has been accommodating when we've needed to change the schedule or asked them to work with us on how we want our cleaning done. Our regular technician, Maggs, is very professional and does a great job.
