I am very happy with this service. I have had a few issues, but the company has resolved each of them to my satisfaction. Their employees have been prompt and courteous with good work ethics. I would definitely recommend them.

Cleaning is satisfactory. Scheduling is the problem--i can request a Tuesday morning, for example, but not a specific time. I'm stuck at home all morning looking out the window for the merry Maids employee to pull up. If scheduling and timing could be addressed, I'd be much happier with this service. Or if the cleaning was extraordinary (for example, my coffee table is on wheels and is easily moved around--can we vacuum under that, too, instead of just around it?).

Customer service, communication, and pricing were far better than Molly Maids. When the cleaning crew arrived on time, they got straight to work. Will use again.
