They did quality work for me. It was affordable, and done in a reasonable timeline.

Our rug was no cleaner than when we dropped it off. It took four months before the rug started to lay flat. It still has a permanent fold line in it. Customer service was very bizarre, too. Not friendly. Will not go back.

SCAM! This guy comes to your house asks for payment upfront, he writes down your credit card number and tells you he can't do the job! Don't waste your time or energy on this "company"

I have used this service a couple of years ago and at that time he was very professional. However I tried to hire him a week ago and it was terrible , he had a date set and changed it at the last minute, then after that he set a time and showed up late and said he didn't have the energy to do the job. He scheduled another date and came out again and still didn't do the job. No, I would not ever call him again nor will I refer him to anyone.

I had a situation where I was replacing the living room furniture and wanted the carpet cleaned in that one room. I called Rob and he was there in less than an hour. Did a great job and even helped move the new furniture in when he was done!
