I had an appointment today between 2-4 pm with no call, no show, unresponsive to calls and texts to fix the company LG washer. Unreliable for business to business calls and wouldn't recommend this business for your company.

I scheduled an appointment time between 12 and 2 it’s now 3pm and no one has arrived or even called to let me know of any delays. I tried to call multiple times with no answer and I’m unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I’ve already called another company that can come out today and repair my washer to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ll never be using this company again.

If you’ve got a month to waste waiting on your repair and you enjoy the saga of hearing every excuse to include my dog ate your part and have money to donate to an unworthy cause, then this is the company for you. Be prepared for days of hope busting text messages filled with empty promises that a technician is on the way, the wrong diagnostics on your unit and spending money on parts that don’t exist. It’s the kind of experience that gets your heart pumping and fills your mind with language you never knew you had. Call if you want to be all that don’t want to be.

The Service man did a great job! I called for a stove repair, my oven wasn't working they were here within a hour after I called. Friendly guy, he completed in a timely manner and explained what he was doing and cost was very reasonable! Will be using this company again.

Wow, this was an amazing experience!!! My new house looks amazing. Thank you so much!!! I recommend this on all my mommy groups too! Well taken care of, nothing left behind and great attitudes the whole time. I would recommend this company a million times over.

A&D are the owners and they are wonderful people. We had services scheduled for deep cleaning, they was prompt, prepared and on time. They was so professional and did such a great job. I will never go back to a commercial cleaner considering the extent they went to make me overly satisfied with my services.

They don't honor their warranties! We had them work on our refrigerator. The problem returned in less than a month. We called and texted them for over a week before finally getting in touch with them to schedule a return visit for the repair. They scheduled a time for them to come out, but no one showed or called. Not a reliable company, there are many other more reliable companies to choose from

Do NOT recommend — extremely unprofessional and poor quality.

I originally booked a full cleaning for 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and dining room for $190. The only cleaned kitchen 2 bathrooms NEITHER bedrooms the living room and dining area THATS it My home is 2,600 sq ft, and the cleaners were in and out in 2 hours and 30 minutes — and still didn’t complete even half of what was promised.

All they did was sweep and load dishes into the dishwasher.
✔️ No dusting
✔️ No wiping down obviously dirty surfaces
✔️ No mopping
✔️ No mirror cleaning in either bathroom

Not at all the “full cleaning” they advertise.

To make matters worse, after speaking with the owner, we agreed on a $106 charge that would be processed that same day. Instead, they ran my card several days later without calling or confirming, which put my account into the negative. Completely unprofessional.

Based on the poor quality of service AND the unauthorized charge, I canceled all future appointments. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, or thorough cleaning services. 👎🏼

Two Maids of Dent did an amazing job cleaning our home! We did our own package as I was mainly concerned with the bathrooms and kitchen. After they were done, not a speck of dust was in sight. Would highly recommend to those looking for a cleaning service!

We decided our first clean would be a deep clean. The cleaning of our windows, window sills and blinds were severely overdue. The team was extremely professional and friendly. They walked us through their process before beginning and ask if we had any questions etc. Then the dream team got started. I left home shortly after and came back to a very clean home. Our sparkling appliances caught my eye first. I’m so used to fingerprints and smudged. No more dust on the blinds and window sills were free of dust and dirt. The family favorite was the changing of all of our bed linens.

This was my first experience having my home professionally cleaned and it was a great first experience. My entire first floor is hardwood so having that cleaned as well as blinds, fans, and window sills was so nice and my microwave has never been so clean! Coming home to a clean house that didn’t take away from my time with my family was amazing!

This was my first experience using Two Maids, and we are so thankful to have had them visit. With a 4 month old at home, there isn't enough time in the day to tackle everything. The team did a tremendous job, and quickly tackled our to-do list. The house is spotless, and we will for sure be using them in the future! I recommend everyone sign-up for a clean to help ease the load throughout the week!

Walked away from a disabled veterans home who obviously needed help, took a look around his house and turned around and left him with no offer for any help. Service for deep clean was over $300, but they took a look around his home, and walked away. When someone is in obvious crisis, at least point them in the right direction rather than leaving them behind with no help after refusing service.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I don't typically write a lot of reviews. The service has to be either awful or fantastic. In this case, it's awful. $190 for a cleaning of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. LITERALLY all they did was vacuum and put dishes in the dishwasher. No dusting, no wiping of visible dirty surfaces, no mopping and no mirror cleaning in either bathroom. They didn't even pick up pillows that were on the ground from the couch. Almost TWO HUNDRED dollars and they were gone in 32 minutes without doing 50% of the things they say they are going to do. Don't waste your money here. Use literally any other cleaning service. 👎🏼

Poor communication, we wanted the deep clan services and my wife communicated that thoroughly with the owner. He assured that they can do that and that we would get that service . We were super excited because my wife is 8 months pregnant not a lot she can do. After the clean we noticed that it was not a deep clean and the owner did not schedule us for that. My pregnant wife was cleaning what was not cleaned last night until 9 pm. Poor communication, when my wife called to tell him we did not get what we expected it felt like we were just SOL and nothing that could be done. There were a lot of things that were untouched such as simple dusting cleaning of kitchen cabinets and shelves . The communication is the reason for the review . The ladies that cleaned were super nice. We feel like our money was wasted and missed out on what we should have gotten especially getting this service done because my wife is expecting in less than a month.

Hiring Two Maids Dent is one of the best decisions I have made for myself in a long time. They are thorough, trustworthy, and affordable—their customer service is top notch.
