The girls always do a great job. Very friendly and they always remember any preferences that I have. I like that they always send at least 2 girls so that they check in on each other and make sure nothing gets missed.

Never heard of this business. Never contacted them. Came into my kitchen to find a woman standing there, uninvited. When I escorted her outside, the other woman cussed at me. You should find better representatives for your company.

Swept Away was a nightmare! This horrible experience started 3 days ago, when I called to request service. Service was scheduled and I was told that I had a 30min window, meaning girls will call at least 30 mins prior to arrival. Needless to say that didn't happen, they called and was there(rental property) within 15 mins giving us very little time to get there...ON TOP OF THAT they charged us for the time they waited. Next day, my hubby came to house (rental property) discovered the house was a total wreck! Nothing seems to be cleaned but Swept Away did manage to scrubbed the paint off my black stove-top, and covered my tubs, and oven with white residue. Floors wasn't mop nor swept! Just a hot mess! The service was for 3 women for 2 hours and the did NOTHING but made more of a Mess! We are SWEPT AWAY ON HOW MUCH THEIR SERVICE SUCK!

Wow. Probably the worst scam company I've run across. Charged me for 3 hrs of work with three people cleaning, yet all that was done was vaccuuming of three bedrooms. Before and after photos confirm. Neighbor even confirmed they left shortly after my wife let them in. This company has not only wasted my money, but delayed putting my house on the market another week. When I called to voice my concern I was basically told to go to hell. DO NOT USE this company unless you are staying there to watch them clean.

Swept Away cleaners come to my dad's house twice a month and do such a nice job. They do extra little touches to make the house clean and cared for. The ladies are always kind and personable too. Thanks Christa and Sarah!

We hired Sept Away to clean our recently purchased home before move-in. Megan, Sarah and Candace did a great job, and we would highly recommend their services.

I would like to say the lady's were very nice, BUT I bought a new/old house and was looking for deep cleaning. I told them my first priority was the bathrooms. They were there for 3 hours mostly rags and spray bottles. They started on the bathrooms the last 45 minutes. To me it was not clean. I don't know about you, but when I do deep cleaning it involves scrub brush and bleach, soft scrub, ajax. Tile on floor not clean, medicine cabinet not clean. First experience with a cleaning service, I guess my expectations were to high. Don't let the picture in the web site full you.

First initial clean was not what I expected so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They were only in my home for an hour. Not sure how much you can get done in that amount of time deep cleaning. It was surface clean and not a deep clean. The second time they came to clean there was 3 people and I was pleased. I was more upset that I was charged double and was unaware this was their policy. They stated they had to clean double because of a week missed. Major miscommunication on their end. The first time they charged they called before doing this so. The second time they didn’t even though they charged me double for less time.

Christa & Jessie are Great! After an initial 2 hour deep clean of my condo, they came back again today (two weeks later) and cleaned everything in a little over an hour. The ladies are friendly, professional and very efficient workers. Top notch cleaners! Thanks so much for helping me!

There are plenty of cleaning companies out there. I would recommend doing yourself a favor and choosing a different one than Swept Away. We paid for a deep clean and items were broken and not dusted. I decided to give them another chance and a bathroom was completely missed/untouched during the second cleaning. A complete waste of $400!

Update: December 11, 2017: just wanted to give my team of Heather and Sara another shout out for doing a great job. As I fight cancer I don’t have the energy to keep my house clean all the time. That’s why Swept Away and Heather and Sara are so important. A big thanks to them. My clean house brings a smile to my face.

Original review: you need your house cleaned call Swept Away. They have been cleaning my house for more than a year and I have never had to complain. Awesome job every time. BEWARE! Regardless of my review, Swept Away will simply reply and place the blame of everything on me without taking any responsibility themselves. Whenever hiring a cleaning company, get a DETAILED quote of services and timelines. That way when you repeatedly request 2 people for 2 hours, it doesn’t turn into 3 people for 3 hours (for only 600 sf – go figure). Also, BEWARE they record your phone calls for their own purposes, but will not send the transcript to you even when they say they will. BEWARE, if you aren’t happy with their services, they will not try to make things right, but instead, blame you for misunderstanding. BEWARE, they do nothing to earn your business, talk over you during the conversation, don’t try to rectify the problem, won't email a receipt, and basically give you a who-cares attitude with any dispute. So, BEWARE and hire anyone but Swept Away.

Heather and Sara clean our house every 2 weeks and they do a great job. They are in and out quickly and are always friendly and nice!!! My four year old is always happy to see them and to chat with them and they are great with her!
