Scheduled a deep clean, and our house needed it. Joclyn and Mae did an excellent job, staying the full day to tackle the normal deep clean items plus a few add ons we had selected. One of the add ons was window tracks, and they did an excellent job on these. Baseboards, doors, and molding looked excellent as well. We will be adding a recurring service, looking forward to it!

This was an extremely disappointing experience. Jerry was fine to work with and very kind, however the results of the “deep clean” for over $400 was upsetting. There is a checklist of what will be completed during the clean. The cleaners (3) spent under 2 hours deep cleaning a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, home. That would be fine if the results were acceptable. The blinds were not dusted, ceiling fans not dusted and the one that was still had dust. The Doors were not cleaned even though that was on the list. The cleaner kept saying she couldn’t get spots off of the dresser and night stand, but I was able to. Oily cleaner residue was left on the stove, spots left on the cabinets. If it was’t so expensive, I wouldn’t be upset, but this is unacceptable for that price point. I spent all day the day before the clean getting the house in order to make their job easier, but that didn’t even help the situation. It is like they used the exact same oily cleaner and old rag and wiped everything down with it. They changed the linens like was mentioned the checklist, but pulled off not only the fitted sheet, but also the mattress protector and left it all in a huge balled up mess in a chair. Jerry sent the cleaners back to the house so I could babysit them and tell them what needed to be cleaned, but the point of the clean was so that I did not have to walk around looking for things that needed to be cleaned. Not to mention it is awkward having to micromanage and tell people what an overall terrible job they did. I even told them they don’t have to wash the dishes, just put them in the dishwasher and they left all of the silverware in the sink and the used sponge just laying there. To top it all off, the cleaning chemical that they used smelled terrible. I have never been this dissatisfied and disappointed in a service of any kind in my life. If Jerry wasn’t so nice I would have given one star.

The ladies were marvelous---were eager to please. My home feels wonderful--so clean and smells so nice. Both Libbie and Brittney are a great team and are very thoughtful and are thorough cleaners. This service means the world to me. Many thanks. Hope you can come again as a team!

Jazlyn and Shelby came in the morning and did a wonderful job! They were both so professional and polite and had great teamwork. Both were efficient and went above and beyond! They also gave me tips about the online platform which I didn’t know much about. Hopefully I will see them again soon!

Sam and Brittany did a great job with the deep cleaning package. They were both very friendly and made sure to have me check everything before they left. I am especially impressed with how good my kitchen area looks after cleaning.

Hannah and Lisa did an amazing job! This was the best cleaning I had received from a cleaning company here. All the services you said you offered were actually administered and to my satisfaction. Not only that but unlike most maid services I’ve used in the past you actually sweep, mop, and vacuumed the floors. I asked them to wipe down my cabinets and the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and it looked phenomenal. The ladies did a fantastic job! I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and will definitely recommend and use the service again!

Hannah and May did an excellent job making our home spotless. They were very professional, thorough, and made sure we were pleased before they left. They even played with our foster puppy, which was a big hit with my wife! Well done. I highly recommend Two Maids.

Hannah and Sam showed up and I immediately liked them both. They were so friendly and, for an early Saturday morning, they seemed truly happy to come and clean for me. It was a move out and I had lived there over 3.5 years. I have health issues and haven’t been able to deep clean for over a year. They put me at ease, assured me they would do a great job. They went above and beyond in so many ways and many hours later I was invited back to “inspect” the job they’d done…well, it was immaculate!! It felt clean, smelled amazing and we are booking them regularly at the new house!! Thank you to Sam, Hannah and Two Maids!

I'm happy with Two Maids. I went through a lot of individual cleaners and the biggest problem with them is reliability. They don't have any back up.
Two Maids will send someone, no matter what. And they do a great job. They listen to my particulars which are noted in my customer profile, so even if I get a different cleaner, they know what to do.
And the cleaners tell me their boss is great and it's a good company to work for. Which means they stick around.

We have been working with Two Maids for a little over a year and have no complaints. Sam takes really good care of our home! I love how they let me know when she is not in to do our clean and we are able to reschedule when she's back! I just love thursdays after work walking into a clean home it really helps us relax after a long day. We will be here for many many years to come!

Great Experiance and great company. Recently moved into a new home and before the move in we had Two Maids deep clean the home. They did an outstanding job for us and the home was ready for us to move into. I would recommend their service to anyone that is looking to have their home cleaned for any occasion.
