Jozlynn and Shay were an awesome team! They went above and beyond. Even the dog’s bed was made and the kids’ play kitchen was organized and cleaned (I wish I had a before picture, it was a disaster). My girls were so excited when they saw their beds made with their stuffed animals all lined up.

Good company. They're flexible with pricing and they've worked hard to accommodate my scheduling needs, which haven't exactly been consistent since we're moving and we travel a lot. Tell them the details you want and they'll work with you. They told us that if they miss a spot, tell them and they'll remember to get it from then-on. That has been true.

Every week at Brandychase Apartments, we use Before & After Maid Service to clean our office. Today, Keri and Kaylan came in and did a fantastic job!!! We are so grateful for this wonderful company!

Called this company in order to get a quote for a deep cleaning service for my home. At the time of meeting the owner, (to let her know my needs), we walked through the house and I specifically told her what I wanted. On the day of service, in the afternoon, I got the request for payment. So in the evening, when I came back home from work, I walked around the house and noticed that the cleaning crew missed a lot of stuff. I quickly texted the owner and sent her a few pictures of some areas/things that were not touched by the cleaning team. She texted back that she would talk to the girls to let them know and get it fixed, I texted right back suggesting a date, but she didn't replied back. I then waited for a reply but all I got back was another payment request early the next morning, without any indication that they would schedule a follow up visit. So, I got charged for a job not completely done.
I am very dissapointed that this business didn't care about my needs and expectations and about leaving a good first impression! Needless to say, I paid the bill and will move on to another company. What a sad first experience. Lacks customer service.
