This service is OUTSTANDING! We are in our second year of using Indhi-Pol. In the past we had used private individuals to clean for us. When we built our new home we interviewed several individuals and a couple of companies. We were impressed with Indhi when she came to meet with us and gave us a very detailed plan on what her company and crews perform on each visit. We decided to take a chance on a company this time and it was THE BEST decision we could have made. This company is ALWAYS on time, very thorough and extremely friendly associates. They miss nothing and always want you to inspect before they depart. There is really no need to look over anything as they know their business and are on their A game with each cleaning. It should also be noted that the owner of the company, Indhi, will occasionally pop in to inspect and check up on not only her crew but also to make sure we are pleased with the results. We get a text message the week of each visit as a reminder and then one after each cleaning to make sure we were satisfied with the results. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Indhi-Pol Cleaning!

The cleaning of my mother’s house was excellent. Very thorough, bathrooms looked like new. I would have given them a five until I saw what the final bill was. After a $650 ish estimate, the bill was $1025. Certainly was expecting a 65% increase!!

The team did an amazing job and were so detail oriented that I could have taken a white glove to every inch of the home. I was very impressed with their professionalism and loved that they were on-time. Prior to the detail clean, Jan visited my home where she conducted a thorough walk-through and provided service recommendations. She walked me through every service and provided a quote based on my home. That is something I have not experienced with other cleaning companies. The job was worth every penny.

From the moment they come out to do a walk-through and take the time to talk about your needs and their company background, up until after the first clean, everything was perfect for us. We love that you purchase the cleaning supplies up front and those stay at the house and are only used for your personal cleanings. They offer many other cleaning services such as the inside of the refrigerator, garages, blinds, windows etc …. and we have already taken advantage of that. The process was easy from the start. All my options and costs were clearly discussed in great detail which I appreciated. The cleaners were very professional and extremely detailed to the point of scrubbing door hinges with a toothbrush. Very impressive . I was very hesitant about having someone come in my home and clean but they did an absolutely amazing job!! Best money I ever spent!

We have been using Hallmark for over two years and been very satisfied with every visit. Their eager cleaners are always willing to modify the visit to meet our current needs where we would need more cleaning in one area or less cleaning in another area and have them spend their time in the most valuable way to us. While generally the same folks come to our house each time, that’s not always possible -however that’s not a problem since everything is documented in their computers so that they know our specific needs and even the details regarding where to park in the driveway so we don’t have a problem if we need to leave. We have had numerous cleaning services for over 25 years and Hallmark is without a doubt, the very best that we have ever had.

Hall-Mark has absolutely exceeded expectations. Having used many cleaning services in the past, and being incredibly disappointed in the attention to detail, sloppiness and varying reliability, Hall-Mark has been a refreshing experience.

Past experiences with other cleaning companies, I've experience integrity issues with their crew. I can't begin to describe how easy it has been to trust them, often several hundred dollars in cash on office desk, never disturbed. I'd be surprised if they didn't wipe down each of the 20 dollar bills.

Hall-Mark cleans my business weekly, and performed a intensive deep clean prior to opening. The deep clean was phenomenal! It felt like a brand new store. Weekly, the cleaning crew shows up on time and works diligently through the time there. I almost never need to point out areas that were missed and they often clean areas I'd never even thought about. Everything is so fresh for the upcoming week.

Most importantly, the owner seems to really care about me as a customer. Always incredibly responsive, I mean within a few minutes. Any issues are addressed immediately and the owner shows empathy and real concern.

I endorse Hall-Mark 100% and recommend to anyone looking for commercial or residential cleaning to skip trying to work with anyone else. Jan, the owner, is amazing at what she does and how she runs her business. I have never once had an issue, and will continue to only use and refer Hall-Mark premiere cleaning.
