I love Hall-Mark! The cleaners are amazing. They are very meticulous, dedicated and take pride in their work. - it shows. They ask about preferences and concerns and are respectful of your home and your space (especially useful when you are working from home)! I also like the consistency in the team members because they get to know you and your expectations. I highly recommend.

The cleaners that arrived for our deep spring clean did an excellent job. I've never seen my house this clean since we had it built. They took great care of every detail and nook and cranny. The second "regular" cleaning a few weeks later was also superb. They cleaned as if it was their own home. Both cleaners were very nice and professional. I was also very happy they were comfortable with my dogs too 😊 I highly recommend!

A two man crew cleaned my first and second floors on 2/13 and did an amazing job! They asked several times if they missed anything or if everything was completed to my satisfaction. The furniture and woodwork just shown! I have also signed up for once-a month cleanings. I highly recommend Hall-Mark!

Hallmark has been providing our bi-weekly cleaning service for 2.5 years. To say we are happy with a clean house is using few words but it's a pleasure for me because I'm unable to do it myself. Our disappointments have been few because Dan does a thorough job with the "wet" side. Kristine is leaving to follow a different path, but she was good at what she did. We will miss her just as we did others, including Gabby, but look forward to greeting someone new.

We are very happy with the work Hall-Mark did. We had them do a deep clean and they got into all the nooks and crannies. Our house looks great! We ended up with a crew of 4 at our house . They were all very nice and professional.

I also spoke to the office manager, Nicole, who was very knowledgeable about the services the company provides. She explained everything that the cleaning staff would do and the time it would take. She was very clear about what they clean, how they clean it, and what I should expect from them. She was also very nice and noted that they have a field supervisor who checks after the cleaning crew is done to ensure excellent service results. That’s a plus!

We started with weekly service several weeks ago and each week the team member has performed an excellent job. Our home looks and feels so clean and fresh each week. The team member knows what areas are essential for us and treats those very thoroughly. They are also very respectful of our home and us. Jan has established an excellent relationship with us working around our needs. This is a service we plan to continue using for the future.

As usual, a wonderful clean! I appreciate the attention to detail. I have had difficulty moving after an unexpected surgery. Hallmark arranged for a deep clean at the last minute to assist me. They did a fabulous job AND even took down my Christmas tree for me! I am grateful for the service and professional clean. I usually get a monthly clean and am always impressed with the quality. They have made my life much easier and more manageable.
