Hall-Mark Premier does a thorough job! I had a deep clean done first to start things off and the staff has been maintaining it very well. They recommend a deep-clean yearly. I also had help sorting, organizing and de-cluttering. I appreciate that the Hall-Mark Premier people who come into my home are friendly and professional. They also ask me if there's anything I notice they missed or if anything should be done differently, and I'm not made to feel awkward pointing it out if there is! Our whole family appreciates the help very much!

Hall-Mark was awesome! Their cleaners are top notch. I had them do a move out clean with windows, oven and refrigerator and everything sparkled when they were finished. After a bad experience with a different maid service it was a huge relief to have them do such an awesome job! A family member who stopped to pick up something from the apartment even commented on how nice a job they cleaned. THANK YOU for taking this off my plate. If I ever need cleaning, I will be sure to give them a call!

Whenever I'm going to make a purchase, from Amazon, other retail stores, restaurants, etc., I always read other peoples' reviews. Searching for a company that says they do deep cleaning AND follows through has taken me a year.

After reading reviews for Hall-Mark Premier House Cleaning Service, I hurried to their website. It told me everything that I wanted to know, that this wasn't just another pretty maid service that dusted and vacuumed.

I KNEW my house had a lot of grime and was willing to pay to have it cleaned really well...the baseboard edges, wood paneling around doors, etc.

I put in a request for a quote. Easy peezy. Nathan, their Sales Mgr, (he had a really nice voice) called me within a few hours and we talked about the different levels of cleaning and how much it would cost. He made everything very clear and also emailed me a list of the things the cleaners would do. I WAS SET TO GO!
Hall-Mark had a full schedule and so did I but somehow they managed to squeeze me in.

No, they didn't just spray and swipe with a paper towel. The cleaners were on their hands and knees, or a ladder, with a bucket of water! This was serious cleaning and they washed every single minutiae, the least little spot, of my house, like that.
It'd be neat if I had taken some before and after pictures but I didn't think of it.

My advice would be to give them a call. Your home will be so clean...and you'll be kicking yourself and wondering why you waited so long.

We contacted Hall-Mark about doing a deep clean on our house in preparation for setting up a regular routine cleaning schedule. They worked us in very quickly, and within days we were scheduled and the team was at work. They were very professional and did a great job. Looking forward to having them start the routine biweekly cleaning schedule.

I had been holding off on hiring a cleaning company for a long time for various reasons and couldn’t be happier with our first experience with HallMark. They were extremely thorough and my house is in the best shape it’s ever been. The two cleaners were super friendly also, they explained everything they were doing and went through the house with me at the end.

I have had such a struggle finding a reliable cleaning service. With running a family and a business and going to school a cleaning service was supposed to make my life easier and that was absolutely not the case until I hired Hall-Mark. The cleaners are on time, professional, and most importantly the quality doesn't dwindle as time goes on. Every cleaning service I have had starts out great and then taking my money becomes more of a priority than cleaning.

Hall-Mark has finally given me peace of mind. Their management has kept contact with me to make sure their services are alway top-notch (which has been consistently flawless from the start) and their employees have become a part of this family. Hall-Mark has made such an impact in my life with their consistency and its made my work life and family life much better.

I have been using Hall-Mark Cleaning for nearly 5 years. They are reliable, dependable and very thorough. I have been able to keep my same cleaning crew for several years which has allowed us to get to know each other. As a result they can anticipate my cleaning needs and meet them - without me asking. Importantly, their standard of cleaning has not diminished over time - the job they do is always thorough and consistently good. We have used cleaning services over more than a 20-year span and they are the only service we have kept for more than several months. This is because they don’t get lazy over time and are extremely consistent. I highly recommend them.

I use Hall-Mark's services every week to keep my house clean and maintained. They do a very good job; they are not inexpensive but to get the kind of help they provide it is appropriate. What strikes me is that they are always on time or early. The scheduler is responsive and easy to work with. The owner of the company cares deeply about providing the best service she can and addresses any issues escalated to her with promptness and care.

I will say this was probably the absolute best experience we have EVER had with a cleaning company. When they say a “Deep Clean,” that is not just words they say. We watched over 13 hours as each of these amazing employees worked Non-stop to scrub and clean every inch of our home, with a smile and willingness that is so rare in their business. We are so impressed that we are having them do a monthly subscription to keep the house as pristine as when they did this original job. My husband and I were very pleased with Hallmark Premier House Cleaning. We were able to get our entire house clean top to bottom in less than a week after I called. I first spoke to the owner, Jan. She was so friendly and explained that she’s been in this business for many years. We face timed so I could walk around my house and show her exactly what I wanted to be clean. Three cleaners came at 7:45 am and cleaned every nook and cranny. They were here for about 9 hours. I actually get satisfaction out of cleaning my own house, but every now and then, it needs a professional clean! They were very thorough and worth every penny. I will call them again when needed. Great job!!

We've been using Hall-Mark for 6 months and we are very pleased with their service. They are very professional, on time and they do a fantastic job at cleaning our house! I've had many people tell me that they have people that clean their house and that it's "not very clean" or "no-one cleans like you do". I can honestly say that Hall-Mark does clean like we do and that our house is very clean when they're finished. They are a little more expensive than their competitors but the quality of their cleaning is, in my opinion, a step above. I highly recommend them!

My first time having someone come into my home and clean. My cleaner, I think it was Dan but I could be wrong. He was from Liverpool. He did a thorough job cleaning a bedroom that hadn’t been deep cleaned in ages. He also cleaned the blinds and windows. He cleaned several vents in the house and my bathroom. It was a very pleasant experience. He was a pleasure to work with. I really want to have Hall-Mark Premier come back & do more work for me. If you are thinking about hiring cleaners I say go for it. It was a huge help for me getting a bedroom ready for a family member that’s coming to stay with us.
