Absolute garbage of a company. Owner is unprofessional and does not take ownership of unhappy reviews; but rather talks back in a snarky way and tries to blame it on the client. Poor quality, poor attitude and poor attempt at running a 'business'. Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere but here. You'll thank us all later!

Clean House is a great service. I was with another service for a year and a half. Clean House does a far better job at a much better price. You have to try them, you won't be sorry.

PLEASE DO NOT USE this company if you value good customer service and professionalism as a paying customer. The owner is highly unprofessional, rude and doesn’t take accountability for unsatisfactory service. Please check out the other reviews here and yelp that convey my same sentiment. The cleaners do an okay job but if you point out issues to Leslie or the owner they become combative.

I have used Clean House for awhile now and I find their prices more reasonable than other cleaning services I have looked into. Most of the time the same person comes to my home but if they are on vacation or out for another reason they call to let me know that someone else will be there.
They come every other week and have not missed. I love coming home to a clean house after working all day.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I asked for a cleaning of a small 2 year old condo that was in good condition and completely vacant for 5 months. My realtor also walked through and agreed it was in great shape. I was quote $38 an hour, and I never gave them a time limit. I also made it very clear it was a cleaning to list a home, and I even specified what I wanted done. I was disappointed to see that after they changed me for nearly 8 hours of cleaning, that the entire garage and storage unit went untouched. the door to the deck was not touched. The inside of the stove was UNTOUCHED. There was a dustpan WITH dust in it quietly tucked in a cabinet. There was dust along side the washer and dryer. So I contacted the person who cleaned it, who became argumentative and said "well we worked very hard on it." She agreed to reimburse me one hour worth of work that I yet to recieve. Then I emailed the owner WITH pictures of what was left behind and not completed. Her nastiness and lack of professionalism was APPAULING. She actually said TWICE, "If you had cleaned at all it in the last year it wouldnt have been so bad." She was also incredibly rude with her responses.
It is hard for me to believe they spent 8 HOURS doing such a poor job. And on top of that to insult me in the process. I got a bill for $285 . This was NOT a professional cleaning.
My realtor then walked through the property again after the "cleaning" and was also appauled at the lack of quality. I also showed her the rude emails from the owner and she was amazed how poorly this business was run, and agrees I was completely taken advantage of. She nor I will ever be recommending this business. Unbelievable.

This is my first experience with Clean House. The crew was excellent -- worked efficiently and did a nice job. The office staff were extremely rude -- totally inappropriate way to treat a customer. So, I do not intend to do any more business with them
