Was looking for a last min Move-in cleaning, reached out to MaidThis Cincinnati. Not only did they manage to fit me into their schedule on short notice, but their cleaners also invested the necessary time to meticulously detail the house before our move-in.

I contacted Maid This Cleaning Cincinnati for a one time service when in need of a deep clean prior to moving into my new home. The service company was quick to find an available time that worked for me. My cleaner, Rashell, was efficient and thorough. My new home is quite large, so I encouraged her to focus on the most important aspects: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows and removing dust and cobwebs from the main living area. One person for 7 hours and she did an amazing job! I won't hesitate to hire this service again in the event that I should need it.

My only suggestion for anyone looking to hire this service would be to request a "team" of cleaners if your expectation is to have an entire household cleaned from top to bottom.

Beware of this cleaning service! After a less than stellar experience, which I voiced to the cleaner herself and customer service, I have not only been charged multiple times, the situation has yet to be remedied. The first charge was the full quoted price they estimated prior to the cleaning. This quoted price was for five hours. Mind you this was the quoted price for a regular clean of an 800 square foot apartment, not a deep clean. I found this quoted amount of time to be quite large but I assumed the service knew what they were doing. The cleaner that serviced me was only at my apartment for 2 hours and 10 minutes. The hours I was serviced were only adjusted when I, the customer, brought it to their attention that she was not there the full quoted time and told it was up to me to let them know the amount of time she was there— this was unheard to me that it was up to the customer, not the cleaner or the company to know how long the service lasts in order to be properly charged. I was charged the full amount for the number of hours she cleaned even though I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told by the cleaner and someone from the main phone line that someone would be scheduled to come out and fix the service. After being promised a phone call from the office a specific time after I made contact, I received no follow-up call and left a message. I had to text the contact that set up my cleaning, who was very unprofessional. Not only was I blamed for being overcharged, as explained above, my dissatisfaction of the cleaning was dismissed and my questions regarding remedying the situation, including sending someone out to fix the the service, were avoided.

Furthermore, I received an additional charge five days after the service with no explanation. I have reached out multiple times to see what this charge is for and have received no response. Avoid the headache and do not use this cleaning service!

As someone who has lost a cleaner to relocation (or just to disappearing) on more than one occasion, it's really nice that MaidThis works on a team concept, so that my notes and preferences are saved. If my regular cleaner is ill (or ends up leaving) I will still get service instead of having to get on FB (like I used to) to ask my friends if they know anyone who does cleaning. Decent pricing and good communication from Jeramie.

Monica did a fantastic job on our house - we were moving out of a rental and did not have time to get in all the nooks and crannies, and the amount that got done in the time we booked was pretty astounding. The place was cleaner than it was when we moved in. This service was worth every penny and then some. I can’t recommend highly enough, and I am returning to book for regular monthly cleaning at our new house. MaidThis seriously saved us (and our deposit!)

I am giving this 5 stars because Akia was a pleasure to work with, and worked hard, was accommodating. I had told the office that this was a clean after tenants had moved out. For a standard clean this was good , I did not find that extra attention was given for the deep clean needed between tenants which is why I had called a cleaning company.

Cassie was an excellent cleaner and is a nice person as well. I felt comfortable and safe while she cleaned and would definitely work with her again! She made sure everything was done that I wanted done before she left. It was a great experience

I subcontracted with this company in March. I see the reviews and can fully understand why. I had multiple reviews with exceptional feedback. However, this company is horrible to deal with. Very unfair on job assignments which is why no one shows up to a job. They have one cleaner who they allow to dictate their entire schedule of jobs and expect the others to do the more difficult jobs with less pay. I was sent on jobs NOONE would have done and without complaint. I would do last minute jobs because their STAR cleaner would cancel last minute due to her own clients then would change her mind and they would yank the job from you while you were on your way.

Very unprofessional. I severed my relationship today after AGAIN being called to do the STAR employees job yet In was expected to chase down a key to the building an hour out of my way and NO they didn’t offer compensation for that.

Able to schedule quickly, easy to work with, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my choice of going with MaidThis to deep clean my apartment. This was my first time ever using a cleaning service so I wasn't sure what all would come of it. Amy did a fantastic job covering all areas of the apartment in a four hour span and left the place looking completely spotless. I definitely trust them with my cleaning needs going forward.

I hired this cleaning service for a deep cleaning with the intention of hiring them for a weekly service depending on how they did. I was charged $50 an hour for 5 hours. The cleaner showed up late and stayed her five hours. She was a very pleasant person. However, the cleaning job was subpar. When I walked her around I stressed the importance of cleaning the floors and dusting. She dusted around things and there were streaks on the floors that she did clean. She didn't even touch 50% of the floors. The bathrooms were just ok, as they didn’t smell “clean” like I do when I clean them. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of work. When the woman who I booked with called to arrange payment the next day, I offered her my feedback and she had zero interest. She defended the cleaner saying, “well she did say there was a lot of hair from the cats.” When I filled out the application I clearly indicated that we had animals and I’m sorry, but there wasn’t THAT much hair because I vacuum my floors every day. Nonetheless, that doesn’t account for why the rest of the cleaning was mediocre. The representative didn’t offer an apology or a discount in what we were quoted and in fact, her pleasant demeanor when she called initially, diminished quickly after I told her that we were not satisfied. I paid the full fee because I was not going to take from someone who did do some work, but I will not be a repeat customer and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Two stars because the cleaner was very sweet.

The assigned cleaner was unable to come, but they were able to get another cleaner out without needing to reschedule. The replacement cleaner did a great job.
