Hailey did a great job cleaning our house for the first time. She was very nice and easy to chat with. She listened to my requests and worked really hard. I would book with her again! The one hiccup was the first cleaner not showing up earlier in the day, but I received a quick response from their team and Hailey was sent out later in the day- so it worked out!

Terrible Service and Unreliable Communication

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Maid This Cincinnati. Despite multiple calls the day before to confirm my cleaner would arrive at 9 AM, they called asking if the cleaner could come at 8 AM, to which I agreed. However, by 9:45 AM, after calling over 20 times without any response or message, we were extremely frustrated. We even tried calling various numbers. Finally, when we called from a different number, they answered, but upon realizing it was us, they quickly hung up.

Fifteen minutes later, we received a text message saying that our cleaner had gotten into a car accident and asking if we could reschedule for Monday. A text message – not even the courtesy of a phone call despite seeing over 30 missed calls from us. This was particularly frustrating as we were expecting company and urgently needed the cleaning service.

When I requested a call, the person I spoke to was unsympathetic and provided little information, simply saying they would process a refund and send a receipt. I have yet to receive either the refund or the receipt, and they continue to ignore my calls.

This service is incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend. It’s baffling that they initially reached out to me, only to provide such a poor experience.

My cleaner, Heidi, has been great all day and she’s not even done yet! She’s been a heaven sent and so non judgmental and supportive. Being a single mother of a child with special needs and a teacher has been demanding in in ways I didn’t see possible before I had a child and my house and laundry have gotten so out of control it began to take a tool on my mental health. She got to work right away, comforting me about my big mess, letting me know she was here to help and not judge and she didn’t judge one bit. she just keeps that beautiful smile going and talks to me like we are childhood friends. I was so nervous to ask for help but I’m so glad I did! She’s so amazing. I’m going to book her everytime it’s financially feasible because this is the clearest my house has been since I’ve moved into it. Beyond that, booking was simple and customer service was so careful from start to finish; they really matched me with the perfect cleaner for my needs. Ideal and easy experience from start to finish. Heidi is an angel and I pray God gives her all her hearts desires and more because she’s truly doing the lords work. Nobody could’ve accomplished what she has in the few hours she’s been here. I’m so floored by the love of love yet professionalism she carries! Heidi is much more than a housekeeper, what she possesses in skill couldn’t be taught. She has a true gift

Really disappointing experience. I hired MaidThis to do a deep clean of our home we just bought. We had hoped they could get it clean before we moved in so we could get straight to unpacking. On the first day they spent 9 hours in the house and at the end of the day they sent pictures of the work (I wasn’t able to be there in person). From a distance, pictures looked good and they did mention they didn’t get to the basement or one bathroom. It’s a big house and we asked for a deep clean so I understood. When I arrived at the house, however, I found that the rooms that were “deep cleaned” essentially were vacuumed and had light cleaning. We found that much of the kitchen was untouched, and most surfaces were not even dusted. They came back a few days later and finished the areas they hadn’t gotten to and I had them redo some of the worst areas from the first day. Based on the reviews I had seen I figured the first cleaner was just a fluke and I wanted to give them another chance. Well, same thing happened again. This time I was home but the cleaner disappeared when she was “done”. No goodbye, no walkthrough. In all, they spent 13 hours in our house and we had to pretty much redo all the cleaning as we unpacked. Not fun. To their credit they did do a good job vacuuming. But a Roomba could have done that. After the first day they gave me a refund for 2 hours but after the second visit I reached back out and asked for a better remedy given how terrible the quality was during BOTH visits. After all, the owner touts 100% satisfaction guarantees in response to reviews here. Well, they’ve just ignored my texts and I’m far from 100% satisfied. Leaving just a few pictures of the “deep clean”.

I'm a Realtor and hired this company to clean a house after clients moved out. A moving clean is a lot more work and this crew did a great job. They removed hard water stains on fixtures that took extra work. They got all the extras that were left behind including cob webs and dust bunnies. They quoted the job well and accurately. They arrived on time and stayed until they were done. Great communication.

My experience with the cleaner was spot on. I will definitely be a return customer. The cleaning in my apartment done by Kaltun was very detail . I am pleased and possibly will be using this company in the future.

They were very nice initially with scheduling. After it was scheduled, they back tracked the hours of service and price. It was initially scheduled for 5 hours but later said it was only 3. Eventhough they sent a confirmation email with the hours of service and price.

During the service they said the house was already pretty clean and they were able to complete the 5 hour service in 3. Come to find out they missed a whole bunch of areas and refused to honer their “24 hours customer satisfaction guarantee”. After a lot of back and forth, they gave me a $20 discount but they were very difficult to work with and will never recommend this business to anyone. They were also very pushy with payment, calling me every few minutes to make the payment. After payment was made, I asked for an invoice and they ghosted me immediately after. I am yet to receive an invoice. Attached are some of the areas they missed but there were plenty more.

The cleaning was subpar. The cleaner did not mop or clean the kitchen well. The living wasn't touched. She claimed she cleaned the walls and baseboards in the kitchen, son's room, and bathroom. Those rooms didn't look any different than when she began. I was very disappointed.

Responsive and flexible scheduling for my short term rental! Have kept my house very clean for guests and have been a great partner communicating when things aren’t working or are running low on stock.

The owners of this business are really friendly and committed to customer service. On multiple occasions I've been witness to them making sure things are done right. I talked to them about residential, but I'm pretty sure they do moveouts and commercial too. Recommended!
